Booked for family room and it was so fancy. My girls were thrilled despite they are already in teenage. Front desk manager, Jolie Zheng was kind enough to assist to include additional breakfast for us as she saw there were total 4 of us whilst the room only comes with 3 free breakfast. Also they sent additional slippers and toothbrush for the kids.

The crew is very helpful. Tsuki was great and helped us in everything we need, and assist us with every question and request. The amenaties are in very high level. Highly remommended.

The room was clean and very spacious, reception staff were helpful, breakfast spread was good and delicious. Location-wise, it was about a 20 minute walk to Dali Ancient City so do take that consideration if wanting to stay close to the old town.

The hotel is surrounded by mountains and the sea. It is not only quiet, but also very close to some popular attractions. Dali University is just a few hundred meters away.
