Booked for family room and it was so fancy. My girls were thrilled despite they are already in teenage. Front desk manager, Jolie Zheng was kind enough to assist to include additional breakfast for us as she saw there were total 4 of us whilst the room only comes with 3 free breakfast. Also they sent additional slippers and toothbrush for the kids.

Great location. On the slope to the Cang Shan. Great service. They serve flower tea at the lobby and the door man is so helpful: carrying our luggage, leading the way and providing a lot of suggestions on local activities. They also have indoor swimming pool.

Lovely service. Very serene environment. Direct messaging with the receptionist makes our stay pleasant - 嘉敏 was very helpful. The other young guy was very helpful during our stay too - didn’t catch his name. Loved the buffet breakfast. The swimming pool and sauna were slightly run down. Didn’t get to access the pool for most of our stay due to servicing.

Great experience. Room is big, comfy and clean. It’s a 15 mins walk to the old town, we don’t mind the walking, but you can get a Didi car easily too. I accidentally left my backpack at the cafeteria and they mailed it to me.
