Perfect Stay
Everything was great. I contacted the property via WeChat after booking and received clear check-in instructions. On arrival, additional info was available, easy to understand with a translation app.
The entire guest experience is meticulously crafted, with remarkable attention to every detail. My room was clean, well-furnished, and a great value. I had a fantastic stay and left with great memories. Highly recommend!

Excellent location! Close to the old city to go whenever you want ; but with very good local shops close to us!
Room very clean and cosy, you just need to translate the explanations to access to your room but it is very easy to do!

It said non-smoking on the booking, but smelled badly of smoke.
It was self-check-in, which was fine, but we could not find the lights, so we had to do it in the dark. Then we went to our room, but the owner forgot to tell us, he switch the room, which cost a lot of confusion and we walk in to the wrong room. They did not pick up the phone, and it was the other visitor, who told us about the roomswitch and which room we were staying in.

Beautiful house, very nice neighborhood. The problem is the service. There was nobody in the entrance to check in. I sent messages to the owner on WeChat(weixin), it took him two hours to reply. So I waited in the entrance for two hours and the owner never apologized for that. He doesn't care at all.

The B&B is well decorated. Because it was off-season, I seemed to be the only one in the whole yard during the two days I stayed there. The room was clean and the hot water was very hot. There was also a clothes dryer in the room.
