房間價格不算很高，設施設備也符合這個價格，就是前台小夥子態度有點不情願，房間沒有紙，我去樓下找他拿，結果他一個不情願的説房間不是有嗎，給我問無語了，而且房間裏的礦泉水是被打開過的，房間裏的充電器也用不了，希望老闆重視一下及時更換，為貴酒店提高效率，不過看着前台小夥子年紀不大估計沒什麼經驗，玩手機也比較頻繁。

房間很大，非常寬敞，設施可以，洗澡的地方離開馬桶了，位置較大，老闆人很友善，樓層可以自己選擇，樓面衞生搞得比較清潔。位置離開大理火車站不遠，酒店離主馬路要進去一些，電視沒看過，酒店價格實惠。

衞生間非常大，快抵得上一個房間了。設計得非常環保節約，洗澡水直接沖洗廁所，要是洗手枱的排水管也引入廁盆，那就更完美了。一座節水、環保、公益型民宿式酒店。
