The housekeeper was very nice and enthusiastic. The room was clean, but the dead mosquitoes on the shower wall needed to be cleaned. In addition, the water pressure of the shower was a little low. I hope the boss can improve it. The air conditioner was also a little low, and the weather on the second floor was still very hot. There was also a socket on the second floor that had no electricity. These were minor issues, and everything else was very good.

The room is spacious and clean. The host is very friendly and responsive. The dog is also very cute. You can see the beautiful sunrise and sunset of Erhai Lake from the room. It is a very satisfying trip.

The hotel has a great view, the terrace overlooks the sparkling Erhai Lake, the housekeeper Xiao Gao is responsive, considerate and thoughtful, the service is thoughtful. The quality of the bathroom and bedding is very good, and the sleep is comfortable.

The family room I stayed in was very big, with 2 large beds and a balcony with views of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. It is located in the largest villa in Dali, so the living environment is very quiet. The boss is a lady. If you like quietness, you can go directly to the shower.

Before check-in, we contacted and informed the relevant matters, arrived to move the luggage, etc. The room service is very timely. The hotel has parking spaces, and the breakfast is delicious, with fewer varieties. You can also eat at the hotel at noon and in the evening. We chose the Zizhuyuan Hotel in the city. It is super good and delicious. We ate for two nights in a row and ate a lot. It is an authentic place for local people to eat. The hotel is suitable for self-driving tours and is convenient to go to various attractions. The shortcomings are that the bathroom is a bit small, and the faucet position of the table is not suitable, so it is easy to hit your head when washing your face.

The flight was at 7am on the last day of the trip. I would like to thank the housekeeper for helping to arrange the airport drop-off and for sending us breakfast for the next day. We felt at home.
