The hotel is situated toward the top of a hill, which gives and excellent view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Being that the terrace faces the sea, the room is private as can be due to the inability for others to look inside. Everything was extremely clean and all staff members were especially helpful. This was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in in as far back as one can remember! Not only would we stay here again, but are also looking forward to our next visit here.

雲南之旅的大驚喜，酒店坐落在洱海公園的小山頂，我預訂的是洞穴設計的房間，非常特別，乾淨整潔，陽台上就可以看到美麗的洱海和蒼山。讓我印象最深的是酒店管家像家人一樣親切自然的服務，特別體貼周到。感謝你們的服務，有機會再來大理，一定還會選擇安嶼·阿蘭亞。

非常美！作為雲南旅行的第一站 到房間就感覺爽翻了 有司機師傅來接 超美海景房 整個區域都是名宿別墅之類的 早晨往山上面走走 心情超好。房間視野絕佳 晚上可以點酒送到房間 在陽台上吹吹風 太爽啦。大家都很熱情 服務非常好 酒也很好喝 有機會再來一定住這兒

住了兩晚不同房型，一晚洞穴一晚海景各有特色，兩種房型景觀都很好，酒店早餐中式西式都是先點先做，份量足。邊吃早餐邊看海景愜意感拉滿。工作人員服務態度一流，效率也絕，真不是吹。期間換房間，五個猛男帥哥幫忙提行李，這家愛了

房間特別棒！五一前一天去，還給升級了房型！有迎賓禮遇（贈送了下午茶，飲料黑森林蛋糕🧁水果）房間除了窗子大隔壁在裝修，開落地窗會有點點灰，在門口大陽台喝酒呆著蠻舒服的！衹是浴缸得穿泳衣泡～價格是因為節假日，也沒有漲太多，早餐🍳中西選擇，個人覺得比酒店自助餐早餐好吃😋也許是用心做的吧～房間不多，每一份客人的早餐都是三四個服務員服務您一個～～很貼心也很快！！床上用品太舒服了😌管家服務隨叫隨到半夜2點送酒還挺帥的哈哈哈哈哈重要的是！（一個老闆把瑪莎拉蒂給酒店管家員工開接送客人！！！就很牛）是的！因為下雨管家開瑪莎拉蒂送我們下山！他説平時也可以接送機和接送火車站！！這一點就吊打很多格局小的大部分酒店民宿了！！這樣格局大的老闆活該能掙大錢！！☺️祝阿蘭越來越好！下次一定還來住、希望下次接我老闆換法拉利來接我們💕

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，下次一定來多住幾天。
入住前幾天就和管家加了微信，諮詢自駕停車的問題，管家耐心解答，並關注到達時間，提前告知如何到達酒店，還有小視頻演示。酒店其實很好找，百度導航可以導到酒店門口。酒店是提供接送機/站服務的，不過自駕沒有用到。
酒店管家服務很周到，提前在酒店門口迎接，幫忙提行李，辦入住，還送了一份下午茶（水果蛋糕冰飲）。
房間的設施非常好，裝修精緻，還有很大的陽台，看海很舒服，整體入住體驗非常好。
