Amazing location, views and facilities. Very nicely decorated room with great amenities (Dyson hair dryer, bath salts etc)
Breakfast, fruits and tea are provided
Pick up service is provided
The staff added you on WeChat prior to the check in and make sure you have a smooth stays.
Very polite and helpful staff (thank you Nin!!)
Highly recommend this place if you stay in the east side.

100% Recommended! Service is great, friendly and very approachable! Aesthetics of the hotel, well done! Just a suggestion, will be good if there is a separate breakfast muslim set or vegetarian friendly. Other than that, would definitely come again if we come back to Dali.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Dali, Yunnan, and had an overall pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was impressive — everything was well-maintained and tidy, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing.
The service stood out as one of the highlights. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with directions or local recommendations. They made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free.
But would like to comment on the photoshooting service that this hotel provided, although they stated it’s free, but each room ONLY FREE 5 PIECES NON EDIT photos no matter how many days you stay. So please don’t ask for this service if you don’t want your pocket to have a hole 🤣, would recommend you to have the traditional costume shoot in Lijiang or Shangrila which will cost in cheaper price where they can provide costume rental and full make up. This hotel they charge a very high price for the photoshooting if you want to buy the photos from them.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang, if they like photoshooting. Or else you can stay in other better choices hotels.

Very pleasant stay. Hotel was very clean and service was superb. Came with free afternoon tea and goodnight dessert. View was amazing and the place was just fairytale like!

Muxinbao is such an amazing stay!! My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights - the service was great, they have free desserts everyday, and they would even fetch us to nearby convenience store if we needed something!! Super super love the service
The hotel room was also super comfortable! The bed was big and cosy, the room came with an amazing view and everything was just soooooo perfect!
10/10 would come back here again if I’m back in Dali & strongly recommend this to any of my friends coming to Dali! Come experience this place yourself, you will not regret it!

We arrived in the evening and were greeted by a breathtaking sunset view — such a perfect welcome! The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and caring throughout our stay. The room was well-maintained with lovely interior design, and the breakfast was delicious. I’d definitely love to come back again!

Excellent service, special thanks to Hedy, who was so helpful. As we arrived in the evening and too tired to dine out. She quickly offered to order food from nearby local restaurants and let us have it in their hotel's restaurant.
The room is clean and big. It was very sweet of them to provide hot dessert at night and high-tea in the late afternoon.They also provide travel photography within the hotel amenities. It was indeed a good experience to stay.

Really impressed with this hotel. The environment, service is outstanding. Very nice hotel equipped with high standards amenities such as Marshall speaker, Dyson hairdryer. We enjoy a lot in this hotel!! I would say it is highly recommended to those going to Dali.
