這家酒店真的超出預期！必須好好誇誇～首先服務太加分了，從下車就有工作人員主動幫忙提行李，全程態度熱情又周到。入住時發現我們帶了小孩，還特意送了小玩具，孩子開心得不行，這點真的特別暖心。房間空間比想象中寬敞，裝修風格簡約又不失格調，關鍵是細節做得特別好——床頭有USB充電口，衣櫃裏配了熨衣板，連浴室的防滑墊都軟軟的很舒服。晚上睡覺特別安靜，床墊和枕頭的舒適度剛剛好，一覺睡到天亮。餐飲也很驚喜，除了早餐種類多，晚餐的中西式簡餐味道也超讚，價格還很合理，不想出門的時候在酒店解決太方便了。位置也很絕，離地鐵站步行衹要五分鐘，周邊超市、餐館一應俱全，無論是出差還是旅遊都特別合適。已經把這家列入我的「常住清單」了，下次來絕對還選這裏，強烈推薦給大家！

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須給個五星好評！從踏入酒店大堂開始，就被温馨大氣的環境吸引，前台小姐姐笑容特別親切，辦理入住速度超快，還貼心地介紹了周邊的用餐和景點，感覺特別暖心。房間乾淨得讓人驚喜，床品柔軟舒適，躺下就不想起來，隔音效果也很好，晚上安安靜靜的，睡了個好覺。浴室熱水充足，洗漱用品味道清新，細節處做得特別到位。早餐種類特別豐富，中西式都有，食材新鮮，味道也很贊，每天早上吃撐了才捨得走～退房的時候工作人員還主動詢問入住體驗，特別有禮貌。總之，無論是商務出行還是旅遊度假，這家酒店都是絕佳選擇，已經把它加入我的常住清單啦，強烈推薦給大家！

沒有人比我更懂纖雲的好了，和媽媽在大理住了四天下了四天雨☔️，退房當天晴了😅，基本每天都在酒店呆著，酒店增值服務很奈斯，店裡每位服務人員都在大廳陪我們聊過天，很熱情，天南海北的聊，推薦的幾家當地菜都嘎嘎好吃😋，對美食的研究他們是專業的。提供專車接送機/站服務，有歡迎水果，趕上生日月還臨時給我做了個小蛋糕，我提前一天訂會更好看吧。還提供早餐、下午茶、晚安甜湯、免費拍照精修3張，另外一提早餐我點了四天米線，還有其他主食，米線是真好吃，蘿蔔鹹菜更是無敵好吃。店裡高個子白白的妹妹，大眼睛臉蛋Q彈的妹妹，輕微爆炸頭能快速解決問題的老弟，一樣北漂過熱心的大哥，情緒穩定開車也穩的大哥，大家每次見面都笑眯眯的問好，情緒價值相當到位。來旅遊的朋友們不用擔心陰天下雨，穿過烏雲，遇見彩虹🌈，所有的等待都是值得的。路上總會有好風景。🤓
