This is an amazing boutique hotel located just off the main thoroughfare in the Old Town. Staff are extremely welcoming and service is without fault. They offer complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and an evening snack! Coffee is great in the cafe! The aesthetics of the hotel is beautiful with it being a mixture of old and new. The room is equipped with everything you would need as well as a Bose Bluetooth speaker! I would recommend this hotel to EVERYONE!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The architecture is amazing, the service is immaculate and the room was super comfortable. Location is in the middle of it all too.
Wished I booked more nights with them. If all the Sunyata hotels are like this, then I am a fan who will continue to stick with this brand of hotels for a long time to come.

簡約的設計正好配合古城的氛圍，清潔度滿分。位於人民路側，出行方便。酒店附近已有多間食肆，非常方便。不可不提的是酒店的早餐及下午茶，真是看見都心花怒放！希望下次能在不同的季節再入住一次，經歷不一樣的體驗。

服務：服務很好，酒店有點老舊，但應為親切的負責人和服務員。覺得一切都沒問題
精美下午茶:早餐和下午茶都特別的精緻，沒天都不一樣，應為我們有食物限制，都非常的配合和安排
環境：地點很好一轉左就是人民路，很好逛，吃的也一大堆。帶小孩特別的方便
設施：老舊了一點，畢竟是2017開的，但酒店員工和打掃跟做飯阿姨們都很盡力的在他們能彌補的範圍盡力做好
把我們在雲南的最後一站畫下了完美的句點

設施、環境、房間硬件都很不錯。
重點是服務太太太貼心了，這裏的每個工作人員都非常的熱情周到，在入住期間給了我很多幫助，甚至根本不需要你開口他們就會了解你的所需，尤其是在一些小細節方面做的更是無微不至，哪怕在前台廳衹是簡單坐一會，都會馬上送來熱茶或者咖啡，總之真的感受非常温暖。
早餐也搭配的很好，而且每天都會更換菜式，另外還有免費的下午茶、歡迎水果和晚安甜品。
如果想住在古城，這裡是非常不錯的選擇。
