Good service, every time we text them on WeChat they respond so quickly and picked us up and down from the entrance to doorstep via buggy ride. We troubled them quite a little but they always responded with smiles and were patient with us. I highly recommend this place for people who visit Dali !

Was like going to Santorini, but with too many local Chinese, noisy and disruptive during visitation hours. Staff was excellent and helpful, especially our room butler “Xiao Jun” who made our stay very comfortable. Plenty of pictures but we came back late and there is no restaurants open unless you travel outside which is a hassle. We had to order delivery, but too tired to wonder outside anyways.

Omg it reminds me of santorini in Greece and i love the people there and they were so nice and the place is very beautiful 😍 and I will love to visit there again

Excellent property and very convenient for activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic Santorini vibes .The views and the rooms where super clean and beautiful.My butler was super helpful and friendly .Thank you so much .l will definitely come back .

I had an amazing stay here. The service is top notch👌🏽, waiters are very polite and helpful, they would check up on me via WeChat to ask if I needed anything. The reception staff was very helpful as well and it’s rare to find that if you are a foreigner. I will definitely come back again. I planned to stay for only 3 days but I ended up staying for 5 days. The hotel is amazing, I really love the indoor pool and the view from the top.

Great. The butler service is so considerate! Unfortunately, I didn't have afternoon tea due to my schedule, but they still prepared fruit for us! And the red oil rice noodles for breakfast are really amazing!!!
