Very aged and not well maintained, cleanliness can be improved greatly. At one glance, may not be obvious, but when using the facilities, can see scraps and hair on the floor not cleaned well, staircase leading up also rusty and puddle up when raining. Location is rather inaccessible, the complex is like a maze filled with many different accommodation providers. Need to ask them for the small vehicle to move around places, check in at level 1 and need to ride the small vehicle to level 5 for our stay. Capsule is also very cramped, barely had enough space to open up our 2 large luggages. Soundproofing not the best, there were some festival/stage performance going on nearby and we can hear the noise from our room. Breakfast served was bad, out of our 16 nights stay in Yunnan and moving from hotel to hotel, this is the worse breakfast served, ingredients dont feel fresh, coffee was very diluted. Will not recommend unless youre just there for the photos. Wont be returning.

We reserved 4-person suite for 2 days. The hotel offered free pickup and drop off service at the train station. Unfortunately, we do not have wechat so we cannot link with driver on the phone so the pickup service is not possible. There is a golf cart at the hotel to pick us up at the entrance and send us to anywhere around Santorini free of charge. We have elders who cannot walk upstairs for many steps so this service is helpful. The hotel staff don't speak English but they try very hard to service us on every request. Overall good value for the money.
