I have been choosing this B&B in Dali for a long time. I stayed there for four nights and had a great experience. The location is in the alley opposite Cangshan Gate. You can take a taxi directly to the door of the B&B. It is very quiet at night. It is very convenient to go to the ancient city and March Street (we just happened to catch up with the March Street Market when we went). We can take a taxi at Cangshan Gate. Xizhou is also convenient. The small yard is very comfortable, and it is nice to enjoy the breeze in the yard in the morning and evening. The price-performance ratio is also great in the off-season. The 40-square-meter double room also comes with a small hall where you can drink tea. The boss was very kind. He made me his own tea in the evening. One day we drank tea and chatted until past 11 o'clock in the evening. He also has a dog and a cat at home. The dog is very lively and social, and is an expert in touring. The British shorthair cat is chubby and cute, but he is timid and won't be touched😅. Overall, it's very good. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Dali.

You could also see the Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain. At night, there were many young people setting up stalls in the ancient city. It’s quite pleasant to just go to a stall and listen to music and chat when you’re done. If you don’t know which inn to book, I think this inn is worth staying. Chatting with the boss more can unlock other experiences.

Both air conditioners in the room were broken and could not heat the room. The landlord did not inform us in advance and turned it on for two hours without heating. By 12 o'clock in the morning, the room was shivering from the cold and I had diarrhea after taking a shower. Book a room with caution.
