Shun Xing Hotel

The hotel smells bad and is dirty everywhere. It is not recommended to stay. Please avoid lightning. It is the worst hotel in this trip to Yunnan.

The hotel is very old. The bathroom door is in tatters. The water in the shower is very thin and drips. Even after applying shower gel for half an hour, it cannot be rinsed away. There is a hole in the middle of the washbasin and it cannot store water. There are only toothpaste, toothbrush and comb as disposable items, and there is nothing else. The bath towels are also in tatters and are as black as those that have been wiped on the floor. There are also two cups on the countertop with stains on the edges. There were tea stains, as if they had just been drunk and had not been washed. The toilet paper was also very poor and melted when exposed to water. There were no napkins. The TV could not be turned on. There was a rustle and the air conditioner could not be turned on casually. The 40m2 house I booked should be about 20m2 at most, because the distance between the head of the bed and the other wall is only the width of a suitcase.

Clean and hygienic, very good. They also helped us change to a house with three beds for free. Thank you.

The front desk check-in was unprofessional, the single room number on the deposit was wrong, the order included breakfast but we were told that the order did not include breakfast, the sound insulation of the room was poor, and we were later changed rooms. Breakfast time is 6:30-7:30. The time arrangement is unreasonable. If you go to bed late, you won't be able to have breakfast. It is worthy of praise that the aunt who cooks breakfast noodles is very enthusiastic.

The location of the store is close to the high-speed rail station. The room I stayed in was relatively quiet and clean. The facilities were generally good. It felt high-end and the price was affordable. It would be better if some of the supplies were updated.

The hotel facilities and equipment are too old. And it basically doesn't meet the standards of a three-star hotel. 2 star level at best. Checking into this hotel was confirmed only after seeing the three-star standard. However, the price is cheap and the price still meets the service conditions.

When entering the room, the bathroom leaked, and no one could enter, let alone use it. After negotiation, they changed the room. As a three-star hotel, the basic facilities are not intact, which is really incomprehensible.

There are no disposable slippers, the hygiene is average, the sound insulation is average, and the service is very good.

The room is old and the bath towels and towels have been used for a long time! The toilet 🚽 is also blocked.
