房屋價格還不錯，就啊停車環境太差了都是我們馬路的車，根本就不好找，叫老闆幫忙找的，衹能説一分錢一分貨，房屋還行，配置很齊全，老闆格局有點小，帶家人來帶了小孩，三個大人不準住一間，還遭接口説關的嚴，後來又開了一間，既然我自己開的房間你管我住幾個人，我一家人老媽和老婆帶幾個月小孩好有個照應，老闆覺得不掙錢就不準一起住，其他地方還沒遇到這種情況，衹能説格局太小了。

我經常住酒店，但基本不點評，能忍則忍，除非真的太受不了。就這樣的房間根本不值這個價，房間小，隔音差，異味特別大。這個不是重點，重點是隔壁真的太吵了，一大羣人吵吵鬧鬧打麻將到十二點，他們安靜了我終於可以睡了，凌晨三點隔壁那棟樓的大姐在炒菜，炒完大聲喊叫其他人，折騰了一個小時…六點的時候，我想補補覺，倆大爺在那大聲的對話，又被吵醒。。。

價格決定設施和環境等級，不作評價；衞生一般，床底發現半年前外賣單；服務有點糟糕，沒放電熱蚊香片，沒放一次性牙刷，住五樓跑了兩次，一起開兩間房，要兩個電熱蚊香片，店家居然有點不情願。

酒店服務還是不錯的，提前預訂價格也不錯，建議當天較晚到大理，且第二天會離開的朋友們選擇。
早上起床後就可以去退房了，把行李放前台寄存，當天走之前去取即可，步行20分鐘到大理火車站。

酒店性價比高，對我們學生來説實惠，老闆人特別好，真的很友好，朋友行李箱特別重，老闆貼心的幫忙提上樓，最重要的一點衞生間不是馬桶，就很好，潔癖重的朋友不用擔心

房間乾淨衞生，安靜不臨街。周圍飯店超市也多，熱水wifi都好使。樓頂有天台能晾衣服，性價比高，老闆一家熱情親切。
