Big room. Porter was helpful to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Walking distance to the Dali ancient town, bike rental, many eateries...etc

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my entire trip to Yunnan. The staff went above and beyond, even helping me carry my 20kg+ baggage upstairs. The hotel has adorable pets, and its location is excellent. The room heater worked perfectly, keeping me cozy during the winter. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the free laundry service with detergent provided. Plus, the heated toilet seat was a thoughtful touch!

I’m so sorry to say that this has been the most disappointing accommodation I have ever stayed in. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price paid, and I found it to be far below expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort.
The room was noticeably unclean. As shown in the attached photo, there was an bug was found in the room, and I later experienced skin allergies, which I suspect were triggered by the poor hygiene conditions. This raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness standards.
Additionally, the sound insulation was extremely poor. I could clearly hear noise from outside the room even during early hours, which made it very difficult to get proper rest throughout my stay.
Overall, while the service was appreciated, the accommodation did not offer value for money, and I hope this feedback can help support future improvements.

Great location in the ancient city, close to many shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful operator. Room is big and clean. Glad that they also do not limit the supply of bottled water. Driver can also drop us off or pick us up right at the front of the hotel lobby (inform driver that carpark entry is free for first 15 minutes, as otherwise they may drop or wait at the carpark gantry, which is just a very short walk away). I would recommend this hotel! 👍🏻

Location was ok. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Travelers need to take note that the hotel provide only one set of disposal towel.

The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, it is in the ancient city, and there is parking. The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help with the luggage. He is very friendly😀😀😀😀
