Ok with everything except the cleaners forget to fill up the shower gel that when I already starting to take shower and every day need us to request extra towels and stuffs as we stay with 3 people room.

The service is very good, with all people very efficient and kind. good problem solving skills from the reception. The room is quite clean, but could be improved,especially the rug cleaning. We got a room which was very smelly of cigarette, and has been changed and upgraded to a better one. The breakfast is terrible, don't buy it. Western options are just a shame, and there is no coffee. I just ordered starbucks, and got a little reimbursement for the breakfast included on my booking.

The staff provided good service, the room was well-equipped, clean and comfortable, and the sea view room had a good view of Erhai Lake. However, the shower head in the bathroom needs to be improved, the design is not very reasonable, and the buffet breakfast dishes are a bit monotonous, but the taste is OK.
