Ok with everything except the cleaners forget to fill up the shower gel that when I already starting to take shower and every day need us to request extra towels and stuffs as we stay with 3 people room.

The service is very good, with all people very efficient and kind. good problem solving skills from the reception. The room is quite clean, but could be improved,especially the rug cleaning. We got a room which was very smelly of cigarette, and has been changed and upgraded to a better one. The breakfast is terrible, don't buy it. Western options are just a shame, and there is no coffee. I just ordered starbucks, and got a little reimbursement for the breakfast included on my booking.

This hotel experience was great. The room was spacious and bright, the decoration was good, the mattress was very comfortable and the sleep was good. The staff was warm and thoughtful. The hotel was in a good location and very quiet. The transportation and parking were convenient. I drove from Guangdong to Lijiang and chose Vienna Hotel all the way. Very satisfied
