Had the villa all by myself and such a relaxing place to unwind. Very zen and has Japanese feel with the hotel spring pool.

Excellent stay! Good taste in design (Lobby, Garden & room). Spacious room and good quality (very comfortable bed, good supply of amenities). Breakfast quality and varieties are amazing!
Staff we had contacted with were very pleasant & helpful, always with smiles, including staff at front desk, housekeeping as well as security team.Highly recommended.

Location was a little far from the town center (approx 25 minutes), but it was quiet and near a mountain.
I couldn’t find much reviews on the hot springs room.
The person hot springs is not as private as you think. Unfortunately, as we didn’t book a villa, the room above us could easily look into our hot springs or walk over to look at us.
Would recommend to bring a bathing suit. Take note that the water temperature is above a degree lower as compared to the onsens jn Japan. The room itself was lovely and clean, the reception allowed us to have a slightly later check out timing.
Overall, would recommend for its price point, and was a much more comfortable stay compared to boutique hotels.

The stay was great. Hotel staff were the best part. Everyone was friendly and trying to help, beyond what's required of them.
Housekeeper Sisi went above and beyond to ensure we are not lost as foreigners, and even offered to use her private ******* account to get us food when we couldn't create an account.

Location is serene and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing getaway. You can easily take a car into the ancient city (＜10 mins) so distance is not a big deal. Room is clean and spacious, we liked the private hot spring to unwind in after a long day exploring Dali.
The best experience here was the excellent service and assistance rendered by Judy. She went above and beyond her job scope to help us get in and around Dali, including arranging for transportation, booking of activities and restaurants, planning of itinerary etc. This was especially helpful as we are foreigners with no Chinese phone number, hence certain functions in various apps are restricted. Thank you Judy for making our holiday such a pleasant experience!

Avoid the popular hotels. This is the best choice in Dali. It is very close to Dali Ancient Town. It takes only 7 or 8 minutes by taxi or car. The environment is Chinese with Japanese style. It is very clean, the room is large, and the bedding is very comfortable. I took my baby with me, and they also prepared a crib and a bed fence, as well as baby toiletries. It is very considerate. It is not a bad deal at all. Brand hotels are much better managed than those popular hotels in Dali. The service is also very good. What needs to be improved is the breakfast. There are not many choices for breakfast. I want to give my baby a boiled egg, but there is no tea egg. Everything else is very good. The staff is also very enthusiastic. I will go there next time.
