這家酒店很不錯，衞生很好，離洱海也很近，酒店前台小姐姐很熱情，還給我們免費送了果盤，還提供了早餐，早餐品種多，味道好。重點是房間採光好，衞生也很好，很不錯的一次體驗，假期價格也合理，不錯，以後就妥妥的選擇它家啦。

1、異味：房間老舊，散發黴味、地毯臟舊，散發異味、房間的煙味很重、下水道的異味溢出、房間通風不暢。
2、內部噪音：牆壁隔音差、門窗隔音差、空調噪音大。
3、空調：空調操作太複雜，不會用、空調噪音太大，影響睡眠、空調不製冷或不制熱、房間空調不定期消毒、房間空調出風有異味。
4、熱水：熱水限時供應、熱水水温太低、熱水水温不穩定、熱水有異味。
5、潔具：馬桶老舊，看起來不衞生、浴缸很臟。
6、衞生間環境：衞生間清掃不乾淨、衞生間有異味、衞生間燈光過暗、衞生間防滑措施不到位、衞生間漏水。
7、酒店強制消費、頭一天預訂的，因為行程有變化要取消訂房，酒店不讓取消，説要取消可以，要強制收取一半的房費！真心坑……
8、另外最重要的一點，前台一點不上心，長者9多拿充電寶去還，結果前台早上6多多才還進去，讓我扣了30元……

酒店交通方便，離大理站及洱海公園很近。房間清潔乾淨，晚上睡覺安靜。前台工作人員熱情有禮，停車位管理人員積極引導停車，房間清潔人員打掃認真（對續住的房間也是及時主動打掃）。房間除了每天免費贈送兩瓶純凈水外，還有專門的管道純凈水供應。周邊有餐飲店、便利店，非常方便。

五星給半夜戴眼鏡的小姐姐幫我們解決問題，服務很好。架不住房間周圍環境擁擠，晚上睡覺光線亮，房間煙味重，房間悶不透氣。早餐簡陋甚至拉胯，不值這個價，像100多的賓館，歡迎水果是爛的

前台服務態度非常好！還送了果盤，水果很好吃蛤蛤蛤蛤，還送了兩份早餐，房間很大，還有單獨的純凈水水龍頭可以直接接水，衞生也很好，位置也不錯，出行比較方便！！！
