差！態度惡劣！第一次住酒店碰到前台砸桌子。網上訂了兩晚特大2米床，40平的房間，晚上11點辦入住，直接給的房型和床的尺寸不一致。去前台溝通，一直強調這是特價房，就是201房，不滿意的話可以退房！晚上11點貨不對版，讓客人退房！這是你們的服務態度？拿了捲尺去量床的寬度，量到1.8米後狡辯説，差20釐米有什麼關係！網上寫的2米應該是床的長度，哈哈哈，都要氣笑了！和住客摔桌子，沒房間這是你酒店安排的問題，不是客户的問題！一直和我強調你買的特價房，問題是我購買的時候頁面根本沒有特價房三個字！最後給我們換到了208，入住10分鐘後，又和我們説這個房間後面三天已經被預訂了，希望我們住一天，第二天就退房，哈哈哈，變相趕人，真有你的！贊，我不配，我走，再見。另外，酒店靠馬路一晚上都很吵，睡眠質量差的朋友慎重選擇！

帶我媽來旅遊，定了兩間房，本來覺得各方面不錯的。但我媽的房間牀頭櫃下防一次性拖鞋的地方，有一個避孕套外殼是什麼鬼？？
那麼明顯的地方，總不可能是沒打掃乾淨的吧？
還是你們員工看我們人沒到，自己到一間空房那邊去用了？
第一天到的晚，我媽沒追究。第二天她跟我講，越想越不對勁，你們是不是該查查內鬼？

房間風格太沉悶了，住着有點壓抑的感覺，年輕人不喜歡這種風格，服務也是無語，總是低着頭也不跟客人打個招呼啥的，一點也不熱情耷拉着個臉，整個酒店風格都很奇怪，不知道怎麼説，早餐也一般，沒啥特別的，

房子很乾凈，跟圖片一致，早餐的米線好吃，離海特別近，隔條馬路，有電動窗簾，這個酒店的不足之處第一沒有涼拖，洗澡不方便 第二被子太太太厚了，蓋了熱，不蓋冷，所以我都沒睡好😄
