A brilliant hotel for families. Very spacious and exquisite decoration and service. The pool is huge and they have a lot to do including a kid’s club, a big gym, and mini golf on the 8th floor of tower 1. Has an incredible pool and a great breakfast. Great location- Away from the crowds but only a 10 minute taxi ride to Erhai Lake to rent bikes or a 15-20 minute ride to Dali old city for street food. Tomas was excellent with guest service and their manager helped upgrade us to have free breakfast for our kids. I must have messaged Tomas 50 times asking about places to eat and visit and he was super responsive and helpful with all the local tips. Don’t stay anywhere else - this place is awesome.

I stayed in a double room with lake view and balcony. The room was spacious and clean with a view of Ethan Lake. Check in was fast. The breakfast buffet was decent but not exceptional. The gym was above average for a hotel gym. Room service is fast, but the selection is not extensive. The hotel has a spa but I opted not to go because the hotel disclaimed it as not operated by the hotel. The hotel is not walking distance to Dali Old Town. For touristing, there is a third party tour operator in the lobby that can set you up with a car and driver for a reasonable fee.

Absolutely stunning lake and mountain views. Our room overlooked a peaceful garden and the facilities were top notch — especially the heated indoor pool, which our kids loved. The hotel is a short ride to Dali Old Town and close to scenic Erhai Lake and the Gantong Ropeway.
