Nice place with a super helpful host for a fair price.
Though you need to know the following:
1) The place is an apartment over two floors located within a residential tower. Therefore, it is perfect for families or groups of friends. For single travellers or couples, it might end up feeling like a shared flat that you a sharing with strangers. We were lucky and were the only guests. I can imagine that you will not enjoy much privacy and silence if all rooms are rented out.
2) The seaview is half-way blocked by another building, which is not shown on the pictures.
A big plus for me is the decent gym, which is located in a near-by hotel.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay and recommend the place if you can accept the points mentioned above.

Its like a homestay.. I booked for 2 rooms with my freinds ... The view superb...I love it so much ..we got free pickup from the railway station.... Definitely will coming back.... Bit far from the old town but it's okay(will take more than 30 min to get there)....
