Room was big and comfortable. Concierge staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, our toilet drain was clogged, which caused water to leak out and wet our room floor.

The towels in the bathroom were all wet, and I don't know if they were left by the previous guest or the new ones were not dry. At 12 o'clock in the night, a guest suddenly opened our door, and safety could not be guaranteed. At two or three in the morning, guests in several nearby rooms were noisy.
