We arrived in the rough location of the hotel and were met quickly to help us find the exact location. The location is ok the lake and the views are superb. We were greeted with an afternoon tea overlooking the water which was superb. Our room was lovely and also overlooked the water. As we wanted to visit the market the following morning we left the hotel before breakfast but the hotel still accommodated us by meeting us to take our luggage to our car and buying us breakfast from the street vendors on the way! We were blown away by their superb customer service. A wonderful stay!

This has been one of the BEST hotels I have stayed in! The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you with anything. The facilities are amazing and the view from our room was breathtaking! Anyone who wants a luxurious stay with a view of the lake and mountain in Dali should stay here! Truly a memorable stay 🙌🙌🙌

這家酒店真的讓人很驚艷房間佈置的很精美床鋪柔軟舒適 管家的服務讓我很滿意熱情但不過分打猶酒店還有早餐和下午茶都能送到房間我太太是一個睡眠很淺的人住在這裏她感到很踏實 不管是入住還是退宿管家都很貼心的幫忙搬運行李下次還會選擇這家酒店

必須要先誇誇管家小范，從入住到離店都很貼心，感受到美景同時感受到管家和其他工作人員的熱情溝通，不管是下午茶還是早餐以及水果都是很用心，房間內的佈置也好細緻，這麼美的環境，下次一定還要來！

酒店在雙廊的一線海景房，風景真的沒話説，公區也很漂亮，管家服務超級好～首先到了停車場會來接你 幫你拿行李，因為第二天要趕高鐵 來不及吃酒店的早餐，還特意給我們買了麪包
