The hotel location is super good, but unfortunatly when I arrive there, the road is as instructed. but the staffs are very nice and kind, they allow us to use the laundry machine, and tried to make us comfortable. Only in the room smell of cigarettes so when you have children, you have to check it is a cigarette permitted room or not. You can get information about the bike sites from the staff.

There are many restaurants, snack bars and supermarkets around. The boss's service is very enthusiastic, and he also helps with luggage. The whole hotel room is relatively new, clean and hygienic. The rooftop can dry clothes. The weather here can basically be done in half a day or a night. 非常開心入住月神客棧，老闆娘是個好看的小姐姐，非常熱情~雖然衹住了一晚，但是非常滿意！第一，客棧距離古城南門比較近，周邊出行非常方便，周圍有很多商店和餐館可以選擇，斜對面還有個農貿市場。第二，房間面積比較大，衞生間也足夠大，床睡着很舒適，衞生乾淨整潔，床頭還有温馨提示語，可以看出老闆娘很用心地佈置。第三，雖處於鬧市區，但是晚上休息很安靜，不會影響到睡眠。出門也不用擔心安全。第四，酒店的價格非常合理，性價比很高，服務和設施非常棒。第五，老闆娘非常熱情，不僅貼心還幫忙將行李搬到房間裏。第六，老闆娘人美心善，廚藝還很棒！最讓我難忘的是:第一次在外過除夕和陌生人一起吃年夜飯。原本打算隨便再吃頓火鍋過除夕，但老闆娘非常熱情地邀請我和他們一起吃年夜飯。我深深地感受到了温暖，真的非常感動~謝謝美女老闆娘~祝你生意興隆，恭喜發財！以後再去大理玩的話一定會再入住，推薦大家入住月神客棧哦！！！

入住不到一小時，陸續發現床上週邊有這種小蟲子。前台解釋正常現象，本人表示需要退房，住宿費退一半就行，結果前台居然和我討價還價，説減去中介費按酒店收入退房並附贈要給好評，無語死了，不給差評都不錯了，居然還要求好評，來雲南旅遊的好心情瞬間沒了。本來就是鐘點房3小時我入住從辦理到退房才1小時啊。真的是特別憤怒，房費不要也罷，別噁心人好嗎？

房間很臟很差，而且有一股新裝修的甲醛味！床上全是頭髮和臟東西，當時沒反應過來，衹是自己打掃乾淨了，後來才反應過來應該是之前的住客走了後沒有打掃。馬桶蓋上很臟，上面沾了一些糞便，因為太噁心就沒拍照，老闆就上來重新打掃就説可以了。房間，大廳,樓道等都很臟很差，從沒住過那麼臟的酒店…對了，所有房間都的門鎖都沒有用，任何人衹要扭動把手門就打開了，老闆説是因為是新裝修的，所以還沒安裝好，我們白天不敢留貴重物品在房間。總之一切都很差！#衞生差
