房間很好，地中海風格，老闆很好，服務周到，有花園休閑玻璃房，還有幾間觀海房，離洱海邊就50米右，出門就是南詔風情島廣場和碼頭，乘船到南詔巡府島衹要5分鐘；經海邊商街步行10分鐘就可到太陽宮。美食應有盡有，很熱鬧。酒店東面100米是最近的大型停車場，非常方便，是自駕遊的很好入住地。

房間環境氛圍還可以，床墊不好，翻身可以聽到彈簧的聲音了已經，不隔音，走廊，窗外樓下説話都聽得見，外面唱歌和熙熙攘攘的人羣聲夜裡12都聽得到，就是周圍景緻還可以，出行逛逛雙廊古鎮方便些。

房間乾淨，老闆熱情，推薦的玉幾樓食府很美味，推薦去吃。住宿在古鎮內，晚上11點後可以停車，非常難得。白天可以把車停在附近停車場，步行到住宿的地方也就5分鐘不到。

位置還是不錯的，就在碼頭附近，而且房間不當街，還是比較安靜。前台小姐姐服務很好，免費幫忙升房了，態度也很客氣。不過一個大叔態度就很差了，我朋友帶房卡出去了，我提前回來想借備用卡取電，結果給我説就一張卡，還指責我為什麼要和我朋友分開走，喊我給我朋友打電話喊他回來。Excuse me？結果一個大媽主動幫我找備用卡開門取電（不是沒有備用卡嗎？）大媽好評。然後房間網太差。
