酒店位置不錯，訂了家庭親子房，可以在陽台直接看稻田。小小的建議，希望老闆能看到，我是一家四口出行，但是店裡的親子套房一個月前就訂完了，但是想看風景，訂了衹有一張大床的套房，到了後我向前台説加錢加床，告知沒有。 晚上沒有辦法，用沙發拼了個小床，想多拿一床被子。被前台男服務生告知不行，説我們本來就超人了，本來都不讓住的，語氣態度都不好。那麼大晚上，我花一千塊住個房間多拿床被子都不行？後面實在沒辦法讓我老公下去拿，他才勉強給了一個枕頭，一個被子，四個人給了三個枕頭，想多一個説倉庫沒有，其實我們來看到了有很多，就是不給。 説實話，不會再去住第二次了，服務態度太不友善了，也太不變通了。一家人難道讓我們睡地板嗎？在明知有多餘被子枕頭的情況下也不多給顧客？態度還那麼差？ 最後給了我一個什麼鮮花餅讓我五星好評，説實話我內心是拒絕的。從來都不是多事的人，但是真的體驗感極差，希望有所改進。
