Lavande Hotel

I have been traveling around and stayed at Lefeng Hotel. I believe in this brand. There are occasionally some cities that are not so good, but they are not bad. But Dali Lefeng Hotel is one of those bad hotels. Disappointing, it is really bad 😞. 1: The hotel door is not soundproof. The sound of opening doors and talking in the corridor at night can be heard clearly. 2: The hotel sheets have been changed and washed, but there are blood stains on the mattress, which can be seen through the sheets. I woke up in the middle of the night and found that I was sleeping on the blood stains of strangers. I feel uncomfortable just thinking about it. Don’t you change it? 3: When I was about to take a shower, I looked up and saw hair on the shower panel. I was really glad that I didn’t use it.

It's close to Dali Station, about ten minutes' walk, and about 30 minutes by taxi to Dali Ancient Town. The hotel is very hygienic and provides breakfast. The breakfasts for the two days are basically not repeated.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the train station. It is convenient for travel. The staff are friendly and professional. The room is clean and bright. I will choose it again.

Facilities: The hotel has relatively complete basic facilities, but it is a bit old, and the breakfast is very average. For Lufeng's level, it is a bit poor, not as good as All Seasons and Atour. You can choose them at this price. Hygiene: There are wool and wool balls on the sheets, but it is too late to go back to the hotel, and I am too lazy to go to the front desk to change the room. Environment: It is relatively close to Erhai Park and Dali Station, and you can ride a bike. Service: The front desk service is OK, and the questions asked are answered clearly. However, Erhai Lake in Dali is really beautiful, there is nothing to say about this!

It was a good experience when I stayed at Lavande for the first time. I was very satisfied with the room. They upgraded the room and gave us breakfast. It was very close to the high-speed rail station. The front desk service attitude was very good. They recommended nearby attractions to us. There were many places to eat nearby.
