天花板裂的，樓頂隔出來的閣樓，廁所很低男生要碰頭，是春節假期房間緊張，閣樓就閣樓吧，不隔音，不隔光，外面有一點風吹草動不要睡覺的，既然要拿出來做生意，還是得修好吧。

房子隔音超級差，一樓還打麻將，我問老闆讓他們別打了，老闆説他們給錢了，那我住店沒給錢？？？意思是我衹要給錢怎麼吵別人都行唄！房間挨着很窄的巷子，挨着巷子邊還有窗户……衹要人從巷子走過你就會被吵醒，而且第二天不知道是被子還是枕頭甩出來的頭髮，有被噁心到！我一整晚都被麻將吵得要瘋了！！！！！！！！

房型在四樓，類似天台房，搭建的房間內部很小，基本放下行李人轉不過來身的程度。房間隔音差。隔壁晚上1點40在開門一直打不開，很吵。屬於睡眠好會被吵醒那種。房間是老房子改造的，硬件舊，牆上掉皮的程度，屋頂波稜彩鋼板搭蓋，全部採用傳統鑰匙開門，不太好打開。整個客棧除了頂樓最高的天台能看到洱海，在玉波閣旁小巷進去第一家。情況最難的是客棧都沒停車場，車全部停在入口公共停車場，離客棧走路800米左右，10幾分鐘。但島上有看到出租車在跑，停車場非常不好，車放了一晚上被檫掛到右後方很嚴重，但停車場不負責車任何問題，但負責收錢。一個晚上40元。10元起，每多加1個小時2元累計。整個大理的停車收費問題真是可以説無組織無管理，自駕的同學就不推薦了。整體真的可以説想退回20年前住老屋的感覺可以一試。

古鎮裏面的客棧，行李箱真的好難拿，這個👆🏻客棧沒有接送服務，在我朋友的行李箱輪子壞了之後，老闆也對我們無語之後，來接了我們，老闆其實還挺好説話的。
但是，我們定的房是有空調的，就因為我們去得晚了，又是旺季，所以我睡了一間沒有空調的房間，居多蚊子🦟，晚上起來了幾次，沒有開窗，還點了電蚊香。
房間裏面的灰塵好多，沒有吹風機，沒有沐浴露（最後跟老闆説了，阿姨送了過來）
總之，住房體驗很不好吧！
老闆，對不起哈，雖然最後你還是接了我，但是我也衹能給差評，不要罵我。

説是海景房，其實就一面窗户的角角看得見一點點海。有三面窗户，一面朝隔壁樓的牆，跟無窗沒區別，一面朝院內一面朝進客棧的路，這面牆右手邊一點點位置能看見海。衞生條件一般，置物架和衣架上有灰塵，衞生間條件將就，看圖片覺得挺窄，人實際進去了還好，洗手枱。房間裏空調是立式空調，聲音很大很吵，晚上睡覺都沒開，等於無空調。院子裏很安靜不臨街，但是2022.7.9入住時旁邊在裝修，早上八點多就開始了，很吵，不太推薦起的晚的人住。交通在實際遊覽路線的稍微靠後，要走一段才進得來。
