前台服務熱情，辦理入住迅速高效，工作人員笑容滿面房間整潔舒適，房間比想象中要大，佈局合理。床品乾淨柔軟，睡得很舒服。衞浴乾濕分離，熱水充足穩定。早餐豐富，早餐種類很多，中西式結合，還有當地特色小吃。水果很新鮮，咖啡也好喝。

德系重工風格，裝修很喜歡，因為是新開的酒店設施設備都很好很新，乾淨。早餐出人意料的好吃，唯一美中不足的是電梯很難等，可能是旺季人太多了吧，衹有兩部電梯。如果城際可以開多一些門店，有點想為了城際開個華住會員了

硬件:真的不錯（有洗衣房，方便）服務:前台工作人員彬彬有禮早餐:比較豐富，還可以泡花茶第二天去機場或高鐵也方便些，可以延遲退房走十多分鐘有飯店／燒烤店

這個酒店簡直太驚喜了非常棒的酒店。2025年6月剛開張，但完全沒味道，設施嶄新，一塵不染，床品非常舒服。最驚艷的是衞生間設計，不留神都沒發現這道門後是衞生間。雙台盆，設計很高級，淋浴房、廁所、洗手間都很寬敞，完美。酒店冰箱裏送了啤酒，小機器人還送了開瓶起子。酒店相對比較偏，但對自駕很友好，地下停車極為方便。真是寶藏酒店。

裝修風格好！公區大氣！整體衞生乾淨整齊，還有免費的特色啤酒飲料。早餐豐富特別是烏雞米線，串串非常好吃。特別是外走廊還可以看到洱海，空氣流通空氣清新非常棒！停車非常方便，下次來大理必須的酒店。
