The experience of this stay can be summed up as "getting better and better". Stayed for two days. Arrived at the hotel at 10:30 am. I thought there should be rooms in the off-season. As a result, the room was not cleaned well. When I came back after lunch, the original room was not ready. I was a little unhappy, but the front desk manager decisively upgraded the room type. The room is large and new, without any decoration smell. There is a self-service coffee and beverage bar in the hotel lobby, which is convenient and practical. I heard that Dali had rained for more than ten days some time ago, and it has only cleared up in the past two days. The hotel is near Erhaiyue Ecological Park, and it is also comfortable to go out for a walk. The parking and lobby service staff are very enthusiastic. I was in a good mood when I left!

A treasure hotel that is highly recommended! I am a loyal user of Ctrip and I rarely write reviews, but I had to do so this time because the experience exceeded my expectations! A rare and wonderful experience. 1) The hotel is about 3 minutes away from the Olympic Park and next to the Erhai Wetland Park; 2) There are many delicious restaurants next to the hotel that are frequented by locals. You can experience the real local taste, which is completely different from the hotels in the scenic area; 3) The guest rooms are very new, there is no odor in the new hotel, and the bedding is very high-end; 4) The curtains are well designed to block out light, and the hot water is plenty, so you can get hot water quickly when you take a shower, ensuring you can sleep in. 5) The staff are well-trained and have a good service attitude; 6) The breakfast restaurant is small and fresh, focusing on cleanliness and hygiene, and the porridge is delicious. In general, if you are on vacation, it is a cost-effective choice to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the scenic area, and it is not far from the core scenic spots. Worth recommending.

Traveling to Dali and staying at Hilton Garden Inn Erhai Lake is a bad experience!! As a Hilton Gold Card member, I need to comment. 1. I booked a room in advance when I left Lijiang. I have contacted by phone, but I still need to wait for half an hour (3:30 is the normal check-in time). 2. During the waiting process, the washing machine was occupied. I have asked the front desk to help wash it (the national self-driving tour will depart the next day). I returned to the hotel at 9 o'clock in the evening and found that the dirty clothes were still in the laundry room. 3. The bath towels and coffee capsules that were requested to be placed in advance were not in place. 4. I went downstairs for a haircut and reissued the room card but could not open the room (it was really helpless and understandable for the first time). 5. The air was humid and the air conditioner was set to cold air but only hot air. I called the front desk and the front desk said that it was unified control (I really don’t understand that guests don’t have the right to choose the air conditioning temperature by themselves? They have to listen to the hotel’s unified setting of temperature control). Later, I called the technician to set it, but it still can only blow natural wind and can’t blow cold wind. I encountered the problem that the air conditioner could only blow hot air at 11 o'clock in the middle of the night. I was speechless. Finally, I changed the room and the natural wind could only blow 22 degrees. 6. The ice machine in the breakfast hall was broken...no ice...the coffee machine was also short of water...I wanted to drink iced American coffee but there was no ice... There was no ice water... I was speechless... 7. ! ! ! ! After breakfast, the room card could not be swiped again, so I had to go downstairs again and go to the front desk to swipe the room card. I am too tired to complain. In short, all problems can never be solved by being friendly the first time. They make excuses for all kinds of things. They have to get angry the second time to deal with it. I have stayed in both good and bad self-driving tours across the country. There was no response to the things I told them. There was no ice in the whole hotel. It was the first time I saw that the room card I reissued twice was not working. It is understandable that there are occasional mistakes, but the most basic things (such as reissuing room cards, washing clothes, and cleaning the booked room in advance) still have problems. It is a taboo in the hotel industry. I came to travel happily and it doesn’t matter if I have to wait for half an hour to check in. Later, the accumulation of things affected my mood. I was so helpless that I could only write down my true feelings.

This time I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Dali Erhai, and I was pleasantly surprised by everything from the room facilities to the equipment configuration! It meets all my expectations of a "home away from home". We have to give a thumbs up to this effort! I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, and the sunlight filled the room. The smart toilet and spacious dry and wet separation areas are equipped with a mini bar with refrigerated drinks, an electric kettle, a hanging iron, and a capsule coffee machine. The temporary office desks and chairs allow me to perfectly meet my business needs. Highly recommended to friends who pursue quality.
