來大理自駕的朋友們請一定避雷這家亞朵。本人好幾年的亞朵金會員，從來沒有遇到停車場管理如此差的亞朵酒店。
雲南自駕最後一天，因為希望離機場近，就選擇住在這裏，第二天早上八點多就要出發去機場。我在入住當天早上電話問了酒店關於停車的問題，酒店當時肯定回覆説可以停車沒有問題，但沒有説任何細節。當我們抵達酒店之後衹看到如圖2345的這個人行走道，當時衹有兩輛車靠邊停，我們雖然不確定，但跟在兩輛車後面停下了。
辦理入住的時候我問了酒店是否有正規停車場，前台説在馬路對面，我又接着問那我停現在的位置可不可以，前台又給了肯定回覆説可以。
晚上十點多我們從酒店窗户往外看，發現這條人行通道已經被堵死了，如圖3。當時我們的車被三輛車圍死，後面是死路，出口衹有圖4所示的那個位置。我叫來酒店管理人員，問怎麼解決，結果他們前言不搭後語，一會兒説旁邊兩輛車的車鑰匙在他們手上可以明天挪，一會兒又説他們沒有車鑰匙需要喊住宿客人下來挪車，漏洞百出！直到我放狠話説如果明天誤機沒辦法還車這個責任誰來承擔，他們才開始給客人打電話。
我們後面實在擔心出行問題就停去了路對面的正規停車場，結果發現酒店人員還在指揮車輛往裡停（如圖5），真的令我大開眼界瞠目結舌。酒店工作人員是一點常識都沒有嗎？這麼如此不專業的操作我還是第一次見。
最讓我不能接受的是從頭到尾酒店工作人員都沒有詢問過我們的出行計劃，如果不是我們晚上朝窗外望了一眼看到了，真不知道明早的飛機和還車計劃該怎麼辦。。。

這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。從踏入大堂的那一刻起，前台工作人員的熱情迎接就讓人倍感温暖，他們不僅笑臉相迎，還主動奉上了熱茶，讓人在疲憊的旅途中感受到家的舒適。辦理入住的過程高效快捷，服務人員專業又友好。進入房間後，更是讓人滿意。房間的乾淨整潔程度超乎想象，床上用品一塵不染，擺放整齊。地毯乾淨無異味，窗户明亮，視野開闊。房間的設計佈局合理，充分利用了每一寸空間，既美觀又實用。晚上睡覺時，房間的隔音效果非常好，即使外面有一些動靜，也幾乎聽不到任何噪音，保證了良好的睡眠質量。這對於像我這樣睡眠質量不太高的人來説，簡直是一個巨大的福音。酒店的早餐種類豐富，美味可口。無論是中式的包子、油條、豆漿，還是西式的麪包、牛奶、煎蛋，都能滿足不同客人的需求。廚師的手藝也很不錯，每一道菜都色香味俱足。更讓人驚喜的是，酒店在晚上還提供了免費的深夜粥道。這不僅是一個貼心的服務，更體現了酒店對客人的關懷。深夜粥道品種多樣，有甜有鹹，可以根據個人口味選擇。在寒冷的夜晚，一碗熱騰騰的粥下肚，既暖胃又暖心。房間的設施也非常齊全。空調也很給力，淋浴間很大很寬敞，設計合理，採光和通風都非常好。熱水來得很快，水温穩定，淋浴頭的出水也很柔和，讓人洗得很舒服。洗浴用品都是高品質的，香味宜人，使用起來很放心。整個入住體驗極好，從服務到設施，從環境到細節，都無可挑剔。這次入住讓我感受到了這家酒店的用心和專業，下次有機會一定會再來入住，也會推薦給身邊的朋友和家人。
