I just came back from Haixi to play around. After posting this review, I must give the lady at the front desk a big thumbs up😃. Before I arrived at the hotel, I called to ask if I could help. The layout of the apartment and the introduction to the configuration were very professional. Secondly, I gave a free breakfast within my own ability. This is a ventilated room. They also ask if they need to turn on the air conditioning in the room in advance, etc.. Some hotels at the same price are really a bit ashamed. All in all, I was very happy about my trip to Dali, and I was also very satisfied with the hotel I stayed in. After a hard trip, you must sleep comfortably. We agree with this! So I extended another night, for the sake of the young lady at the front desk (I really don’t know her name) and for the environment, it was worth it! Personal opinions are for reference only! Dali Atour X Hotel I have to complain, this is the worst service attitude I have ever had at Atour. First of all, the parking lot is very confusing. There is not even a sign in the parking lot underneath. I can’t find it at all. After searching for a long time, I finally found it and told the front desk clerk that a fat girl walked away and asked others to give me a sign. When we checked in, there was no expression on his face. Did I come to the hotel just to see his expression? It wasn't until I recounted it again that I got another response from the front desk. Check-in was also surprisingly slow. When there were no other guests checking in, I didn't know what I was doing waiting for so long. There is no tea, no hot tea, there is always mineral water. Isn't this the most basic requirement of Atour? A group of us were waiting to check in. The floor in the room we checked in was also dirty, and the phone was also covered in dust. I don't know how the hygiene was done. The strange thing is that the safety access doors in the room corridors are all open. For the hotel, this safety awareness is not too bad, and does it prove that the hotel managers and related employees do not care about this matter at all. If someone enters the hotel from here, who is responsible for the security issues caused? Because we live close to the security gate, we were worried about safety issues and closed the door after we found out. When I woke up the next day and washed my hair and dried my hair, the plug in the toilet couldn't be plugged in at all. I had to have someone next to me hold the plug in order to dry my hair in the toilet. I was so convinced that I lost my mood. Smiles, warm service, and serving tea are all there. The hardware facilities are poor, and there is no basic service concept. It is really disappointing.

Booked this for a friend, who said he was very satisfied. It was very convenient to shop and eat downstairs, the room was tidy, and the pillows were comfortable, but there was a fake scenery outside the window hahaha

The room is hygienic and clean, laundry is very convenient, and the front desk service is friendly. They even gave us flower cakes before leaving. The hotel is in an excellent location, with a shopping mall downstairs and not far from Dali Ancient City and Erhai Lake.
