I’ve just returned to my home country, and I’m already missing my stay at this Dali hotel! The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from Dali Ancient City. What’s even better is that the hotel isn’t directly inside the ancient city, making it super convenient to order Didi rides, which can pick you up and drop you off right at the hotel’s doorstep.
Since we stayed for two nights, the owner generously provided us with a pick-up service, which made our arrival so much smoother. As female travelers, we truly appreciated how attentive, caring, and thoughtful the staff were throughout our stay.
The area around the hotel is very convenient. At night, the road fills up with roadside stalls, making it easy to find food. As Muslims, we were delighted to discover halal food options nearby, which added so much ease to our trip.
The room itself was warm, spacious, and cozy—with probably the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever slept in!
If you’re visiting Dali, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. With its strategic location, thoughtful hospitality, and cozy atmosphere, it’s a place you’ll want to return to again and again!

Owner was very helpful in arranging transport for us. The location is about a 5 min walk to the old town. Clean and new hotel.
Just outside the hotel, there are street hawkers at night. And a food stall that opens very early in the morning that sells great local food.

Walking distance (3 mins) to old city. Outside the hotel is a row of shops with eateries and convenience stores. Night time will be more happening as compared to day (shops usually open around 9.30-10am)

The host is very warm and welcoming. They have prepared everything before our arrival hence the check in took us less than 5mins. The cute lady at the reception been very helpful. The vibes are warm and relaxing. Walking distance to halal eateries and the ancient city. Love the stay.

Just a short walk from the old town! It’s conveniently close to all the action yet tucked away in a quiet, accessible alley—perfect for a peaceful night’s rest.
Accessibility & other amenities 💖
They have a lift, which is rare for hotels in traditional buildings around here. So convenient, especially with luggage. There was also self service laundry on site, which is useful for those taking a long trip!
Incredible Staff 💼
From the receptionist to the rest of the team, everyone was exceptionally welcoming! They shared local food suggestions and even helped us with our bags to the main street on our last day.
Rooftop Sunrise Views 🌄
The view from the rooftop was absolutely breathtaking! With Mt. Cangshan on one side and Erhai Lake on the other, it’s like experiencing the famous 龙龛码头 view but without the crowds.
Clean Room 🛏️
Spotless and comfy—our room made us feel right at home.
Train Station Pickup 🚗
Our driver was super friendly, and the staff reached out days before our arrival to confirm all the details. Such a smooth start to our trip!

The bed in the room is not comfortable as too low in height of mattress and bed frame. Unfortunately for the price we paid (which is fairly high in china second tier third tier city standards) do not come with breakfast, so it doesn’t perform well in terms of value.

Location is 400m walk from ancient city. Busy food street outside the hotel. Nice owner, clean hotel.
