Each room in the guesthouse is equipped with a washing machine and a mini refrigerator; custom-made high-quality latex mattresses, Kangni Flower goose down quilts, high goose down pillows and low goose down pillows; Kangni Flower high-weight pure cotton towels and bedding sets of 120-count pure cotton; the toilet paper and tissues provided in the room are the Jiefang or Tempo brand (random), high-quality spring tea from Jingchun, and Jing Tian pure water; in addition, the sound insulation in our rooms is also very good! Staying at Qin'an, we believe that you will have a comfortable vacation!

Fortunate upgrade to super large room for free. Cosy internal design and lighting, It comes with smart toilet bowl, laundry machine attach to each room is my favourite where we wash clothes everyday and there is a dry clothes area on top of the roof.
Friendly boss that treated us Yunan little bean coffee, it smells as Arabica bean and taste smoothly.
The alley walking into homestay from RenMing road is safe and bright. The most important thing is quiet at night and we have a good sleep all night long.
Walking out to YuEr road is just walking distance where we find transport as easy as you flag your hand or tap on mobile phone, and good food easily.

民宿位置非常好，鬧中取靜的地方。吃東西逛街都很方便，老闆和老闆娘非常的好，就是住的幾天院子里正好在裝修有點吵。房間設備都很齊全，使用感受都挺好，就是洗手枱設計的太低了，使用起來有點累，洗手盆和龍頭的距離也沒設計好，洗的時候會沾到外面來，另外浴室下水道有點臭氣。大體來説挺滿意。

這次大理之行雖然天氣不給力，但是驚喜的是住到了這家寶藏民宿，民宿在大理古城中心地段，出門就是熱鬧的人民路，出行吃飯都很方便，但是神奇的是一點都不吵，晚上睡覺很安靜，大大的拯救了我這個睡眠困難户，居然睡了幾天好覺，房間設施很哇塞，一應俱全，品質不輸星級酒店，老闆人也很好，我們到的那天他到巷子口接我們，還一路幫我們把行李提上樓，老闆娘很漂亮也很和善，還有一衹可愛的小狗，很少評價這麼多，這次感覺太好了下次如果再來大理還會住這家。

帶倆娃出遊，訂的雙床房去到後老闆給升級到親子房，並且很貼心的介紹房間的情況，房間很大，各種配置齊全，有洗衣機，適合長期租住的人。房間床品很棒，對於一個有潔癖，對床墊和枕頭有要求的人來説無可挑剔，有機會再來還會選擇。

預訂了2間房，一間親子房，一間大床房，老闆給升級到更大房間。2個房間都在2樓。房間很大，很乾凈，很舒適。設施齊全，還有洗衣機。服務很好。
