就在洱海邊上，下雞邑村，房間很乾凈，老闆娘很熱情，出了民宿走2分鐘就是生態廊道，直接就能做招手停的那種觀光車，40元一位坐到S灣，然後從S灣打車去喜洲，很方便，附上民宿出來拍的景色

帶着父母一起來的，房間非常乾淨，這就是房東自家院子房東非常愛惜，打掃非常細緻，房間和照片一模一樣，非常真實，設施非常好！地理位置超級好，1分鐘就能步行到海邊。來大理呆的時間短了點，好想明年再來！還入住這裏！住在洱海邊體驗感真的很好，房間就看房東照片就好，拍了一段院子環境竟然忘保存啦，衹能發兩張海邊清晨的，小院有秋千有茶座，真心愛了！老媽和這家房東很聊得來，非常治癒的一段旅途😀

房子真的超級好，老闆人也很好，房型也很好，適合家庭出遊，房間裏面的設施都是智能的，也比較新，需要什麼可以直接跟老闆説，最重要的是出門就是洱海！早上散步追日出都超級方便！住的特別舒服，下次來還會選擇她們家的！

非常好，第一天來的時候，還感覺有點偏僻。第二天就原房續住了。
早晨和傍晚在海邊有拍不完的美景，晚上騎車去古城，安排得妥妥的。

地理位置很好，出門步行5分鐘就是洱海，房東小姐姐超級好，我們吃不慣口味，還答應借廚房給我們用，很貼心的告訴菜場位置，房間特別乾淨，衣服晾曬也方便。特別感謝當時我帶娃需要去大理站，小哥哥還幫忙送到公交站。一家人都很熱情。強烈推薦。

第一次來大理玩，玩的很開心，最滿意的就數我誤打誤撞定的這個民宿，離洱海很近，而且房間特別乾淨，洗手間馬桶全自動的，而且房東還很貼心的配了馬桶套，很滿意。我們住的這家離洱海衹有100-200米，很方便。離景點也不遠、打車出去或者騎自行車，電車都可以。房東兩口子也很好，我們兩個女孩子帶個小孩兒、住他們家特別放心，一口氣在他們家住了5天、其他行程都不想跑了，下次如果來還會住他們家。

服務：老闆人很好，導航錯了進了小路，過不去了，老闆還出來接。大年三十到的，周邊沒啥吃的老闆還熱心的提供晚飯和早飯，魚🐟很好吃，洱海騎行，還會幫忙避坑
房間：很乾凈衞生，就在洱海邊上，還可以在海邊放煙花

誤定了這個一樓的房間，體驗還不錯，對比2樓那個房間，這個房間舒適感更好，房間挺大的…這個地方適合自駕的過來住，出行不方便，出去根本打不到車，因為這個地方路窄…網約車都不願意來，最後我們走的那天叫不上車，是老闆找的個車80…正常打車40左右。附近吃飯也不方便，就一兩家…
