We stayed at the Dali BoMan Sea View Hotel and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. While we didn’t expect it to be located in a condominium building, this added a sense of safety and privacy. The hotel is situated on the highest floor, offering breathtaking views from the room.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room itself was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, even going the extra mile to offer us hot milk every evening—a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home.
Although the hotel is about a 30-minute ride from Dali Ancient City by Didi, it wasn’t an inconvenience for us. Coming from Singapore, we appreciated that halal food was relatively easy to find in the area, though the best options were closer to the ancient city.
Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for stunning views, a clean and comfortable stay, and attentive service. Just keep in mind the slightly longer travel time to the ancient city if you’re planning frequent trips there.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious and the views from the hotel were absolutely stunning. The room was spacious, clean, and very cozy with an amazing view over the lake.
The staff was very kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with our travel plans for the rest of our trip. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome.
Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay.

11/10 great hospitality, awesome staff members. The view was awesome too, and the room was extremely cozy and comfortable. There was also a projector for you to watch movies. My family members and I were very surprised when we entered our room because the view was so beautiful. The sunrise is something you cannot miss! They even served us Pu Er tea and other types of tea, took the time to serve us tea and chat with us. Even the toilet seat was warm, and there was also a heater in the room. Overall 11/10 stay, would come back again!

Spectacular view to greet you when you wake up - view of the Erhai lake 🫶🏻 not to mention, convenient location, near to the train station and there’s 烧烤 nearby! The staffs are really friendly and helpful too. We had a free transport to the train station by a friendly staff ◡̈

The service is awesome. The staff are helpful and very friendly. They picked us and dropped us off at the train station. They were welcoming and would always check on us. The room is clean and spacious. The view is beautiful. We love our stay here! Would definitely come back! 😊

We ate a family of four. from Singapore
Stayed for 3 nights and the experience was great in general.
Comfy room with a wonderful view of Dali, including West and Eastern Erhaii coastal areas.Acceasible to different choices of food. Nearby jogging paths along Erhai are useful for people who love to do basic exercise in the morning.
Breakfast is simple but nice to eat.Host and the team are very friendly in helping us to settle down.

I have booked 2 different rooms for my parent and another room for my boyfriend and myself. Overall, the room is very well decorated and the view are so gorgeous! Service and breakfast were really good too. Really thankful that the owner sent us to the train station on last day!
Also, they gave us hot milk or warm dessert at night too. Definitely will book this accommodation when I am back 🥰

Amazing stay at this BnB for 2 nights. The host helped to arrange for pick up service before we arrived and also sent us to the railway station when we left. They were also really friendly and hospitable throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was simple and homely but good. Some insects were in our room which came in through open window and the host helped to resolve the issue really quickly! Highly recommend :)
