Yushe Hotel At Dali

The hotel is very new and very close to Dali Station. The owner is very nice. When he saw us going out, he would actively give us suggestions and even pick us up at the station. Every waiter would greet us when they saw us. The room was very cozy and the whole house was smart. The bathroom supplies and bedding were all branded. It was much better than those seaside inns. It was convenient to go everywhere when staying here. I must recommend it~

The service was excellent. My boyfriend and I were traveling from Chongqing to Shangri-La, Yunnan (the final destination). We had originally planned a 3-day, 2-night trip to Dali and had booked a Hampton by Hilton, but the front desk's indifference persuaded us to cancel. We also had to change our train tickets from two nights in Dali to one night, and our two-day trip to Lijiang to three. We arrived in Dali a little after 5:00 AM. We knew we had a long time to get to our room, so we left our luggage at the front desk, but they acted as if we weren't there. We sat in the lobby for a long time. I ended up canceling my two-night stay and wanted to book a single night. After I checked out, the front desk rushed over and rushed us. I immediately didn't want to stay, so I made a last-minute choice and found this hotel, which had received high reviews from guests. Before arriving, I was convinced the service would be much better than the Hampton by Hilton. I was surprised to find it felt like home, like home. We arrived at the front desk and explained our situation. Instead of acting like we were taking advantage, we were genuinely given the opportunity to inspect the room. We sat for a while, and I don't know if it was the owner or the manager who showed us the room. They said they were all sold out, but a higher-end room was unoccupied. They asked if we were satisfied and if we could check in early. I was very satisfied and asked to pay the difference, but the manager immediately upgraded us for free. I was truly grateful and slept until the afternoon, starting our day's Dali adventure. We returned to the hotel a little after midnight, and the receptionist was waiting for us at the entrance. We had rented a car, and they offered to let us park in the hotel parking lot. We left the keys at the front desk to move the car in the morning. They even suggested charging our car, saying it was free. Unfortunately, our rental car only had fast charging, but it was more than enough. The receptionist even waited until we parked and offered to help with our luggage. It was like family helping out! It truly felt like returning to the hotel. I believe this warm hospitality is shared with every guest. The positive reviews aren't fake; they truly reflect the care and dedication of every guest. I carefully reviewed the other positive reviews before booking. We've stayed at various hotels on this trip, including the Chongqing Conrad, popular B&Bs, and the Kunming Kasion Hotel. The service was exceptional across a range of price points and nights, but this hotel offered the warmest welcome. It's also definitely the best value for money. As others have mentioned, it's built to par with five-star hotels. It's spacious, clean, and has attentive service—what we all want when we're away from home. I haven't had any disappointments with my hotel bookings yet. A few minor hiccups aside, it was an overall pleasant trip to Dali.
