酒店在蒼山售票處一牆之隔，玩蒼山非常方便。酒店視角好，設施也不錯，水、軟飲備得非常充足。早餐是套餐，品種傳統，量很足。還有接機服務，非常棒。

是我住過最熱情的名宿了，沒有之一！訂兩間雙床房，一間升級了家庭套房，一進房間嚇一跳，這麼豪橫的嗎？房間超60平了吧，全套實木傢俱，感覺土豪了一把！管家從入住就熱情周到，因為小孩生病不能出去吃.管家邀請一起吃員工餐，竟然有菌子刺身，還下了碗麪給生病的娃。感動的不要不要的。酒店就在感通索道旁邊，步行5分鐘可達避免了高峯堵車，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，衹能説這裏住太值了！

酒店地理位置太好了，就在倉山纜車站旁邊一條私人小路進來，裏面別有洞天，花園，草坪都很美麗，裏面非常幽靜，旁邊溪水潺潺，背靠蒼山面朝洱海，景色絕美，山裡麪空氣也很清新！酒店房間也很不錯，旁邊還有一家餐廳也很有檔次。
酒店的顏經理服務熱情周到，能想到做到的都儘量滿足我們，吃飯，出行，遊玩各個細節都照顧得很好！這個服務真的要點一萬個贊👍住過那麼多酒店第一次受到如此周全細緻的接待，已經推薦給我的朋友們，下次再來大理我還會選擇住在這裏，

這是來雲南住的最好的酒店，沒有之一。一是位置太好了，直麪洱海，背靠蒼山，距離感通隧道一牆之隔。二是價格合理。三是服務非常周到和細心，並且酒店人性化比較強，礦泉水可樂牛奶等隨取隨用不限制，退房時間也好商量。並且酒店經理小閆熱情貼心，看到客人沒訂餐就給準備員工餐，兩葷兩素非常好吃。

環境：坐落在蒼山腳下的酒店，對於想一早上索道十分便捷了！酒店環境和蒼山共享一片林子，觀鳥愛好者在園子裏就加新不少！門前大草坪是觀日出的好地方！！！
服務：服務更是無可挑剔，沒入住就開始電話提醒到店會堵車（這是地理位置唯一的缺點吧）所有的服務都很到位，停車接待、客房設施、早點、茶飲等等都很滿意！！！服務好到讓我不好意思了
搭配不用挪地就可以吃到的超級無敵美味過橋米線，對入住更加滿意了！

太美啦，服務也特別好特別熱情，有三衹小動物小狗小白還有兩衹超可愛的小貓咪，小孩在莊園裡跟寵物玩玩玩具玩的不亦樂乎，店員還幫我們預約了隔壁的米線店也超好吃，是一次很棒的入住體驗

服務非常好。還沒有到店，就接到了酒店非常負責任的安排與叮囑，來了之後妥帖照應，看到我們老小隨行給我們升級了露台的大房間，坐在露台上就可以看到洱海與蒼山，酒店風水極佳。酒店自帶餐廳，有美味的野生菌，晚上可以喝茶，早餐在一棵很大的芭蕉樹的明亮窗幾前慢用，人生愜意。
