當開車從銀集洱海邊往蒼山蝴蝶泉前行的時候，越往山上走，便越欣喜，上個坡，竹林深處便看到了這套白族民居特色的譚府。安靜，非常安靜，適合不喜歡逛景點的休閑人羣，當然一定要有車。院子很大，有茶房，也有可以坐10多人的家宴大圓桌，也有燒烤爐，當然還有巨大銅火鍋，配合特大廚房，房東提供了各種調味品，以及精緻的餐具，喜歡自己做菜的，一定會很喜歡。菜市場需開車到6公里的喜洲菜市場，哪裡的純生態綠色菜和不注一點水的黃牛肉，應有盡有，一個冰櫃，一個大冰箱足夠你儲存。從離譚府50米遠的小酒廠外打一桶山泉水，當然你也可以就用院裏的水龍頭出來山泉水，泡泡茶，打打麻將，悠閑地在二樓和三樓陽光房，俯看洱海，聽蒼山鳥鳴，非常適合十個人左右休閑團隊。房東還提供自己泡製的果酒，自己刷碼付款就可取用。最關鍵的，我覺得是房東的隱形服務讓住的人感到很自在，這是一個意外的驚喜！
