Service: The housekeeper responds 24 hours a day, welcomes you before check-in and sends you when you leave. During the stay, we are warm and thoughtful. Hygiene: Very clean, even those with obsessive-compulsive disorder can find no faults. The first feeling of staying is that the windows are bright and clean. Facilities: The details are so well done. The selection of products shows that they are attentive and have texture. All furnishings are used to the greatest extent. There are no vases and no burdens. It is a real home feeling. ps The real fire fireplace is so healing, the housekeeper lady upgraded it for our anniversary, and the Holly Room is simply great. There is a balcony and 🦢 to accompany the experience. The restaurant is delicious. I stayed for two days and had all three meals a day here. I still want more.

The hotel is a little distance from Dali Ancient Town and close to S Bay. I really like the design style of the hotel. The public areas are very beautiful. I like the scenery of the restaurant the most. It feels super relaxing to have afternoon tea while looking at the scenery of the fields.

Local Yunnan materials and techniques were used everywhere, and even though we were inside a building, we could feel the presence of nature, such as light and wind. From the welcome fruit and afternoon tea to the interior, tableware, and amenities, attention was paid to every detail, which made us feel comfortable. It was luxurious but not gaudy, and only the necessities were provided, and the balance was just right. In particular, we were able to relax in the bathtub, which helped to relieve the fatigue of our long journey. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and they were delicious. It was also nice that there were several spaces where we could sit and relax, in addition to our own room. We also liked the teapot used for afternoon tea, and when we asked where we could buy some on our way out, they gave us a teapot as a gift! They gave us some locally grown rice as a souvenir, and it was the ultimate in hospitality. If we visit Yunnan again, we will definitely go there again.

I have been to Dali and back more than a dozen times. Daji is one of the best hotels among many. From design to details to service, it is obviously different from the Internet celebrity hotels. It deserves the word "luxury". You can take pictures of the unmanned rice fields. Go to Xizhou. You can have the tranquility you want, lie down, and pose for photos. I lay quietly for two days alone, and time stood still.

I originally wanted to give a bad review, but after thinking about it, I decided to make an objective review from a non-subjective perspective. I made a very last minute decision to go to Dali. I have been to Dali many times, and I have stayed in almost all the popular homestay rankings. This time, I was attracted by the name of the hotel, so I made a successful reservation at 2 a.m. After the reservation was successful, since my flight landed in Dali at 9 a.m., I asked Ctrip customer service to help me connect at 2 a.m. to ask if I could check in if I arrived in advance. Unfortunately, with the strong contact of Ctrip staff, the hotel finally responded after I landed in the morning. The reason was that Ctrip staff called the hotel many times from 2 a.m. to 9 a.m., but no one answered. After I landed and was on my way to the hotel, I finally received a reply, a very cold and repetitive reply, "Our normal check-in time is 2pm" (although I later learned that this was not the intention of the sister who answered the phone at that time, it undoubtedly gave me a heavy blow). At this time, the Ctrip staff called me and said that they also received such a reply, and we all said that we couldn't understand it. I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, and I may not know how long the check-in time is. What is my purpose? I want to ask how to resolve the passivity at this moment. A prejudiced start, finally when I arrived at the hotel, I expressed my understanding in the staff's explanation. Then I started waiting. Waiting is normal because the guests yesterday did not check out, but apart from enthusiastically offering some welcome cookies, and then not knowing how to resolve the embarrassment of letting me wander around the hotel, I was more or less unhappy at this time. Finally, after having lunch at the hotel, I got my room card and started to rest for sleep, but unfortunately at four o'clock in the afternoon, I was awakened by the crazy sound of electricity. The power outage paralyzed the hotel, causing my mobile phone to run out of power, and I fell into a passive situation again. The process was also tortuous. At around 5 pm, I was finally arranged to change a room and upgraded. I am not a person who is greedy for small gains, but at this moment I was confused. When I contacted and waited for several hours in the morning, since there was a room, was there a better solution at that time? But after all, all kinds of facilities are normal now, so I didn't mention it. Until 5:30 at this time, I finally welcomed my purpose of coming to Dali, and calmly felt the tranquility outside the window, but at this time the sky was getting dark, and the day was finally gone. This rare rest time was finally paid by myself. Because I was going to Lijiang, the consistency of communication at the Dayan Amman Hotel where I stayed still made me feel the gap, so I wrote this review. But I declare that every staff member of the hotel is actually very sincere and serious, and the service attitude is also very good. My unhappiness before checking in has actually disappeared under the explanation of the staff at the hotel, because it is indeed excusable. But as a resident, I wrote this review so that the hotel can be better next time I come. All the staff members are really nice, but I also hope that you can think more from the perspective of the guests in various situations. Maybe the results will be better. Sincerely, I also hope that the boss who had a quick glance yesterday will cherish the sincerity of these employees, and also think about what the hotel's standards are and what the customers need. This is a dilemma for running a hotel, but also an opportunity to achieve better results. Finally, see you next time and come again.

If you are reading the reviews, you must stay at this hotel. Really, it makes sense that it is so expensive. I always thought that Dali's homestays were expensive but had no service. The service here is really great. I like the ladies in the store so much. I feel that everyone is so enthusiastic. The hotel's management details are very good. The soft furnishings of the entire store are very aesthetic. The furnishings in some public areas and the scenery facing the snow-capped mountains are so beautiful. The lawn public area outside is also very large, which is really comfortable and beautiful to take pictures (the advertisement of this hotel on Xiaohongshu is too sunny, and it is the same hotel as the variety show "Let's Go Now"). I stayed in Room 1 and I must get up early to see the snow-capped mountains, probably at sunrise. The breakfast is also really fragrant, and the service in the restaurant is especially good. If I didn't have a mission, I really want to stay one more night. I really like the fragrance of the hotel. I heard that it is specially blended. It is really special.

It's super good. This is the most satisfactory hotel in this trip to Dali. From the room to the food, everything is impeccable. It is the last stop of this trip to Dali. I told my friends that if we stayed here on the first day, we would not change hotels later and would come again next time~

I really like Dali Daji. The service, room details, food quality and layout taste are worth the price. It is one of the most satisfactory B&Bs I have ever stayed in. The room type I stayed in this time was Shiju, which had large floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies to enjoy the scenery. The amenities were well prepared and the slippers were very soft. The hotel has its own restaurant, and breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner are all delicious. You can have a quiet vacation in the hotel. The Spring Festival decoration is also very festive, and New Year activities are arranged. I had a very comfortable and unforgettable holiday here~
