一：浴室地墊和毛巾浴巾掛在一起，這酒店的衞生管理最基本的常識都沒有？生平所見的奇葩！二：都什麼社會了，五星酒店按照客人的信譽度都不收取按金。滿房子就一個大桶農夫山收費的。按金這二百壓農夫山？三：酒店門口減速帶晚上大車一過地震一樣！關鍵是窗户還閉合不嚴，是根本關不上！睡眠質量再好一個晚上醒好幾次！不推薦入住。

環境不錯.停車方便.唯獨一點前台收按金這點確實有點不舒服.訊息時代最起碼的信用大家都有的.建議取消這種老手續。

275一晚，在大荔也算貴的了
房間兩瓶水都捨不得送？
衞生紙放在離馬桶那麼遠，
床頭充電離床那麼遠，
什麼反人類設計啊
無語死了
然後前台也不行，不想多説一句
送早餐券也不説明一下吃早餐和時間
早餐也很難吃，連個牛奶都沒有，就兩種稀飯
窮死了，真的是窮死了
房間也很吵，挨着馬路
一大早就有人在過道大喊大叫
而且還要按金
什麼年代了啊
真的非常不推薦

毛巾有污漬，屋裡有蒼蠅，告訴前台處理掉，前台説看一下，然後看見了繼續養着，主講一個不殺生。前台不專業服務差，問她會議室在哪，他説開會沒人通知你嗎？你就告訴我會議室在幾樓就可以了，怎麼，會議室這麼隱祕嗎，不能讓別人知道在幾樓。

春節帶家人度假，備選了幾個酒店，最終決定入住潤鴻大廈。一是環境較好，房間較為寬敞；二是配套設施較全，停車方便；三是訂有早餐房型也解決了節日吃飯問題（可惜酒店因過節取消了早餐供應，白白多花了20元）。
