Geyser was not working. Atmosphere was also not suitable for family. People were drinking and shouting abuses whole night. Not good for family

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The staff was polite and helpful, and the rooms were decent. However, the bedsheets were not washed properly, which was disappointing. The breakfast spread was limited, and we had to pay extra for the heater, but it still didn’t work well. Overall, the stay was okay, but there were several issues that need attention for a more comfortable experience.

Well, the hotel is at a relatively quiet neighborhood, and yet close to gandhi chawk, cheese & olive bar, ******* market etc, it's elevated, yet not so much that walking will tire you. Staff is very courteous, efficient, and joy to interact with. And the best little known part of this hotel is the chef. He makes awesome food. I eat light when traveling. Simple dal tadka, rice, roti, aaloo gobi kind of food. I don't remember when was the last time i ate better tasting food than this hotel's. They need to incentivise their chef. He/she is absolutely awesome.

Nice Staff And Nice Food. Rakesh Bhai The Manager Is Very Cooperative Person. Nice Place To Stay In Dalhousie. Nice To In Food And Also For View Wise Nice In Also In Room. I Am Coming For Gujarat Surat My Experience Is Very Good In Mohan Palace Dalhousie Khajjiar Road.

Excellent location and ambience. Helpful staff and prompt service. Neat and clean rooms. Rakesh manager of resort was very helpful and polite. Food was very tasty. Wish to visit again and again. Surrounding is beautiful and view from room was fantastic.
