The room was very nice and well appointed! The staff was helpful. I got a call in my room asking how everything was and if there was anything they could do to make my stay better!

It was fine for an overnight stay. Carpet in the room felt dirty. Carpet in the hallway was stained. The bright sign in the back of the hotel came through the sides of the blinds. Better window coverings are needed.

Towels were a little worn and there is a cow smell they try to keep out but it was fine for just a night.

The desk clerk called to see how I liked the room and if I needed anything. That was terrific and unexpected!!!
A very good option for a short stay in a small town, I recommend it.

The good: staff was friendly and bed was comfortable
The bad: super run down, gross carpets, doors didn’t close all the way unless you pulled them shut. Keykards only worked sometimes. Bathroom smelled like the sewer. Giant spider in the sink at 5am.
I booked because it had great reviews. Don’t believe them. It’s fine if you need a cheap place to stay but it’s cheap for a reason.

The door to the room was so hard to use! Have to pull hard to shut the door. The bathroom door knob is so noisy pushing the handle disrupting other family members in their sleep. Two towels for 4 grown people. What’s that all about? Light switch should always be inside the bathroom not outside the bathroom! The gentleman checking is sure took forever. First day on the job and didn’t know what he was doing!!!!!!! Just a big waste of our time. We will NOT VISIT THIS MOTEL AGAIN IN THE NEXT XIT RODEO EVER!!!!!

Other hotels just asked to license but these wanted to run credit card so I paid you and them never again still waiting on receipt from you itemized like other people send that I have used to book with so I would appreciate if you sent one
