Booked a 3 night stay, We arrived late, but before midnight! They sold our room for the first night, they were sold out. Driving through Richmond to get to another hotel in the middle of the night with a child was no way to start our vacation.

Overall great experience from the room and the amenities within it to the surroundings. Extra blankets in case it was cold, USB outlets by the bed and desk. Well-thought out layout, large shower and plenty of room to all your essentials. I will be back

There is not a lot of Handicap parking. We stayed late at family's home and when we arrived the 5 Handicap spaces were filled. They should designate all of the parking that was on the smaller parking area in the front for Handicap as it seems that, that particular population is growing.
