It's so worry-free to stay at Lavande with your baby! Children's slippers, toothbrushes and small toys are provided. The room is spacious and safe. Breakfast includes steamed dumplings and yogurt that babies love, which are nutritious and rich. Lavender sachets were also provided when leaving the hotel. The children were very happy. I will choose this hotel for future travels!

帶一家老小在內蒙玩了好幾天，有一天住這個酒店。
酒店在一條小路裡邊，位置稍微有點不太好找，但跟着導航走沒有問題。
看樣子像是個新酒店，設施設備都挺新的，員工服務態度也挺好。
除了位置稍微有一點點偏僻之外，其他都很好。
酒店門前有一個超大的停車場，停車不是問題，酒店附近也有地方隨便停車，這酒店值得。

提前很多天預訂，當天旁晚七點左右説早上六點到晚上八點半停電，問那為啥現在才告知，工作人員説那需要給你退訂不，當時差價也不少了，無語。入住後無熱水，隔音差到鄰居沖水清清楚楚。第二天早上早飯，桌子沒有人收拾，菜幾乎沒有熱的，真的是殘羹剩飯，真的奉勸大家，能不選這個儘量不要選。

淋浴間小，房間也不大，正想説衞生還可以，結果一個不知道誰用的濕毛巾擺在水池下面……還遇上市政停電，正好房間在樓梯旁邊，一大早就叮鈴轟隆搬行李下樓的人，房間也不隔音。空調也不能用了，關鍵是想就算吵也眯一會，一會來電，電視又自動開了。關了電視沒一會斷電了，然後再來一次電，電視又開一回，又斷電，徹底不用睡了。因為停電早餐煮的東西也完全沒有，別的拿兩個蠟燭保温。。這還好意思收人早餐錢麼？定房時候都早餐另外加錢的，市政停電雖然不可抗，但確實影響體驗。特地選個新酒店，門也不好找。跟在我們後面3輛車都走錯門。

衞生太差了 窗台一層厚厚的灰 被罩有別人傷口留下的污漬很噁心 床單也有污點 這個衞生實在對不住這個價錢 服務也不怎麼熱情 打掃的大姐一臉疲憊 要個東西還比較提防 不那麼大方的給 本來定了兩晚 住了一晚就退了 酒店是服務行業 服務不行遲早垮
