Lovely hotel, nice and clean! The only downside is the location. If your room is on the side or front, you hear all the noises from the street, and the fountain plays music loudly in the evenings. Request a room at the back and you'll be good to go. The service is great, really friendly staff who are happy to help. Kept our bags after checkout while we went on a tour.

It was good because most of the facilities were new with a 5 star new construction. Overall, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is a bit unfortunate. Ice coffee was delicious ㅋ Apart from the hotel, Dalat is very cool and nice, but I don't think there is a big merit in other parts.

2 days 1 night trip with family at Villa Tea Resort Prenn hotel. The receptionist is very friendly, check-in support is very quick. Electric cars transport guests very comfortably and conveniently. The restaurant is spacious, with many delicious and family-friendly dishes. Will come back every year!

What a wonderful hotel! We absolutely loved our time at the Ana Mandara Hotel! I would say its charming location and bungalows, outstanding staff and high quality food made it the perfect stay for us in Dalat! Felt very special here at a beautiful Hotel. Receptionists looked after us very well. Think their names were Vincent and Tam. The whole place was interesting with fascinating decor. Location excellent with a fabulous view over the lake. Food was outstanding with afternoon tea and food served everyday on the house. Really enjoyed my stay here.
