Dalat Phuong 9 Hotels

I had a wonderful stay at Vmt Hotel Da Lat! The hotel is cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was not absolutely clean, but comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city.

The hotel is new and clean, the staff is very polite and small, the price is very reasonable, there is a noodle shop and drinking water that is delicious and convenient, the location is a bit far from the center. Unfortunately, one thing happened a bit but finally solved satisfactorily. In personal opinion, due to the new hotel, some problems have not been solved and handled quickly.

The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Linh was really helpful and able to speak good English. We requested for extra pillows and Linh immediately send it up to our room. The balcony view was amazing, overlooking the city on one side and forest on the other side. The area is rather quiet but we have no problem getting in and out by Grab. However the road leading towards hotel is probably under construction. There is a cute cafe named deer in the forest & dessert shop named NA & cakes that serves very affordable yet delicious cakes. I would definitely come back again and gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family

Great hotel. There are two drawbacks: location and breakfast. Very hard mattress, but for me it was not a problem. The staff is super, the room too.

The best hotel in Dalat! The hotel itself is very beautiful as well as outside and inside. The lobby is just wow!, very stylish and once you get there it’s inviting you to sit, relax and have some drinks there! The hotel located in very quite area, so if you are light sleeper like me it’s a perfect choice. Many nice hotels in Dalat are located next to the busy roads and do not have soundproofing (even if they say they have it), so it’s very hard to sleep there. Mercure is soooo quiet! All the rooms located in the villas at the backyard of the hotel ( behind the main building). All villas are designed in the French style, so once you step there it feels like you ve been teleported in the old France, though all the buildings are new. The nice little thing that makes you feel very relaxed is the French music (chanson) playing on the territory. The room was quite big and very nice decorated in the French- indochine style. It made me feel very comfortable like I m not in the hotel, but in my granny’s house☺️ In the evenings with the lighting the hotel looks very romantic. The bed and pillows are super comfy. The problem of the most hotels in Dalat in rainy season - the humidity. Unlike many hotels Mercure has air-con in the rooms, so there is no humidity. Breakfast has a lot of options - Vietnamese and Western food. You wont stay hungry. Also I d like to highlight the hotel staff and management. They work by high European standards providing the best service. The only sad thing about my stay - 2 nights in this amazing place were not enough to enjoy my time there. If I ever come again to Dalat, I ll choose Mercure.

A good business hotel with very good value for money. It's not far from Dalat Night Market. There are taxis at the door. It's very convenient to call a taxi. The hotel room environment is acceptable and worth recommending.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the shower was also lovely although I forgot to take a picture, our only issue was that we booked a room with air conditioning and all we had was a ceiling fan that was quite loud but we only stayed for two nights so didn’t feel the need to change rooms.

The hotel has good facilities. Convenient room, function is very suitable for relaxation & office interaction. Hygiene is maintained daily so the hotel always keeps freshness. The reception staff is very warm, showing professionalism, very praise (Mrs. Thanh & Anh) as the room. The hotel also has a very convenient and safe parking. Will always support & recommend many people.
