Dalat Phuong 2 Hotels

The housekeeper broke my phone charger, so I complained to the front desk. The hotel manager took about two hours to replace it with a charger of similar performance. I'd like to thank the manager again for his hard work in resolving the issue. (It's a secret that the charger doesn't work when I return to Korea...) I'll be staying here again in October. ^^

Excellent front desk staff. Helpful, knowledgable, polite, friendly, professional. Breakfast was just so so. Very repetitive with almost the same food served daily Very excellent housekeeping and serving staff. Definitely the strong point of this hotel. Also good value for the money.

We spent one night at this hotel from May 19 to 20, 2025. Pros: - The girl at the reception is friendly, she checked us in early at 2:00 PM, thank you very much for that. Otherwise, there are only cons: - I understand that the hotel is three stars, but does this somehow affect the quality of cleaning? I was especially struck by the mold in the bathroom and the trash can, which stood next to the toilet and was dirty with something unknown 🤢 - We did not sleep all night because of the barking of dogs, I do not know if they were hotel dogs or not, but we saw several on the territory. - You can really hear your neighbors slamming their doors. - All the towels look like they have been used for a hundred years and not washed, all gray and dirty - There is no air conditioning, there was a fan that works very noisily, it is impossible to sleep with it. -We opened the windows and by evening there were a bunch of mosquitoes and ants in the room🙈 well maybe we should at least install mosquito nets? In general, a complete disappointment, we left the room tired and not having slept enough

The Hotel room I had was amazing, a big and comfortable bed and a waterfall shower. The hotel is very modern and clean. I liked the location as it was in a quiet spot and then a quick walk to the restaurants, shops etc The hotel staff at the desk both morning and night staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, I had a really good stay.

Other than the roadwork posing a risk and inconvenience along the entire stretch of road in front of the hotel, everything was great during our stay. The room was very clean with good air-conditioning to heat the room during the cold nights in December. The water pressure was great even though our rooms were on the 4th floor. Hot water was almost instantaneous, except the water temperature can be a little inconsistent. The bed was not hard like many of the hotels in Vietnam. Comfy bed. The young team from reception to breakfast area to housekeeping was welcoming and enthusiastic , especially a few at breakfast who recommended specialty dishes for us to try. Although the breakfast buffet was not huge, at least 70% of the selections was not repeated during our 4 days of breakfast. This is certainly something uncommon even in 5-star hotels, and is a great way for international travelers to sample a variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam. We actually looked forward to eating breakfast everyday while chatting with some of the breakfast crew members. The only part I would recommend to improve is for the crew at reception to remember to look up and greet the guests even at night, which a few forgot to do so at times.

Disadvantages: 1. The breakfast is average, not suitable for Chinese stomachs Advantages: 1. The room is large, the bed is also large, and it is very comfortable to sleep 2. The room is clean and tidy, and the sheets and quilts are changed for each guest 3. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and patiently answer every question about travel 4. The room has large windows, which can not only ventilate, but also enjoy the view. The lake is opposite the hotel 5. Located in the city center, with convenient transportation, it can basically be reached on foot In short, it is a very satisfactory stay in Dalat, and I recommend everyone to stay

There are many similar hotels nearby. This hotel has a high cost. 15 minutes away from the night market and easy to get to Biandu

Wonderful place - the owner is so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and have a bathtub! The breakfast is one of the best I have had on South East Asia. More fresh fruit than you can eat. A very, very comfortable place to stay.

The hotel staff speaks no English at all. There is never anyone on the registration counter, you can call, but what sense if they don't speak English? The room was cold, the rifts in the windows and under the door the rift was almost 5 cm, for which the cold air penetrated from the street. We lived on the 2nd floor where the exit to the next street and the door to the street was always open, there was a feeling that we lived in the corridor. Hearing is strong because of the same chunks everywhere. When we arrived we found someone's nail on the floor. Of the advantages: hot water in the shower with good pressure, washing machine, balcony, kitchen with everything necessary, there is even a multivar, clean bedding, towels, microwave and refrigerator, wifi in the room.

Excellent and inexpensive hotel with a convenient location almost in the center, not far from the night market. The room is very clean. Soft mattress, snow-white sheets, towels. The guy at the reception is very friendly. We checked in very late due to a flight delay. We rang the doorbell - he opened it, checked in, showed us around, showed us everything. Special thanks for helping with the luggage. The thing is that not only was our flight delayed, but the luggage was not delivered. At my request, he called the airport several times to find out when the luggage would be delivered. In the end, the luggage was delivered almost a day after arrival. Do not fly VietJet flight VJ368 from Ho Chi Minh City to Dalat at 15:35. The ENTIRE plane's luggage was not loaded and was delivered only a day later. There was a delay on this flight the next day as well. Only positive emotions about the hotel. The same guy ordered a bus to Nha Trang for us and wrote down on a piece of paper who to contact at the bus station in Nha Trang to take us to the hotel. Not the staff, but the courtesy itself. Iron, corkscrew - on request, no problem. I recommend the hotel. A small number of stars does not mean the establishment is of a poor standard.
