"The apartment is very good. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff is friendly. The room has a sofa, a dining table, a kitchen area with a refrigerator, a microwave and a rice cooker. Everything is new. Large bathroom. There is a washing machine, which is a rarity for Vietnamese hotels. I would like to note the division of zones in the room, the double bed is separated from the single bed by a glass partition with a door and a curtain. The room is very bright due to the large number of windows. I will definitely come back here."

"We had a wonderful family vacation here. The hotel is very family-friendly with spacious family rooms and a lovely kids' play area. The staff were incredibly welcoming to our children. The location is perfect - in the center of Da Lat"

"New Boutique Hotel on a quaint corner 5 floors in total. V clean room & bathroom. Mattress is relatively hard. Request for a topper. There is a coffee machine in the room with also free bottled water, G7 coffee and tea. I didn’t try so I cannot comment on them. I like the breakfast buffet and dessert provided in the room. the 2-4pm tea is just hot tea and some pastries. Can skip as you can get better ones at cafe. Service by Ciang at Front Office was prompt and helpful in locating shops for me. A special mention is that the Front desk is at G level which is more like a basement and bringing your luggage down is difficult. However Ciang helped me to carry. Location is far from Dalat Night Mkt or GO supermarket on foot. However, Grab saves the day and is very wallet friendly for the 7-8 min drive. I will still be back!"

"The Pink Hotel made my first trip to Da Lat truly memorable. The cozy and aesthetic room, delicious food and coffee, and especially the kind and helpful staff made my stay perfect. I had trouble booking a bus due to the language barrier, but the staff kindly helped me—I'm so grateful! It’s a bit away from the main tourist spots, but that made it quieter and more relaxing. I will definitely stay here again. "The hotel is centrally located, but the entrance can be a bit tucked away, and parking is somewhat challenging. On the plus side, it's very convenient, the service is good, and the rooms are clean. However, the soundproofing is poor."

"The hotel was beautifully designed. It was clean and comfortable. The room i’ve gotten was good enough. Youtube and Netflix available for you to connect. You can also rent their motorbikes for 150k, slightly pricier than others however you don’t have to worry about being scammed. But, please do your due diligence of checking the serviceability of the bike. Early booking comes with extra cost tho."

"The reception staff speaks English very well and are very helpful. We checked out early and asked the staff to book a car to take us back to Ho Chi Minh. The staff prepared everything. We had an appointment early in the morning and the staff recommended a hotel that was not far away. We could leave late so that we wouldn't be tired. They recommended it very well. The room was very clean and spacious. It was easy to find the hotel. It was near the walking street and there were many restaurants around. It was great. I will go back and use the service again when I have a chance."

"Incredibly helpful and attentive staff at the front desk. Great coffee too. Nice bakery next door. We had one of the houses out back. Perfect for our family stay. Some of the rooms are a bit tired, but it is incredibly good value for money. A £1 Grab ride to the market and most of Dalat."

"Really love this hotel. The room super big but actually maybe I got lucky. I don't they upgrade my room.😬 The room n toilet very clean. Just the mattress too hard. The scenery so beautiful. The pool hot water. The breakfast really good and many choices. U also can request halal food or vege. All the staff very friendly. Welcome drink, basket fruit n hot towel feels very calming n love it. Must stay in this hotel while in dalat❤️"
