The service staff are always friendly and the service is very good. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. From the perspective of a holiday villa, the environmental facilities are also very satisfactory. The only flaw is not the hotel itself, but the guests. Unfortunately, I met many Korean tourists this time. They made noisy noises in public places, and even grabbed cheese with their hands during breakfast, which was very unhygienic. The villa we stayed in had a total of five rooms, and the living room was shared. One night, probably because of heavy rain, the guests in the same villa did not go out, but gathered in the shared living room, making noise until late at night. I got up before four o'clock in the morning and went out, and I was surprised to see a Korean man sleeping on the sofa in the living room. There was a puddle of water on the wooden floor caused by their umbrella being placed there. What's even more frightening is that the shared bathroom smells of cigarette smoke. While I was using it, the man sleeping in the living room tried to open the bathroom door without knocking. It was really scary! The above problems may not be caused by the hotel itself, but we hope that the hotel can remind guests to respect other guests when checking in in the future (especially group guests), and please also try to separate group guests and individual guests.
